After arriving in Malpensa we called them and they made us wait with two little kids for 45 min to be picked up by their shuttle service, which never arrived.
When we called to complain they told us that the reservation had been cancelled as we were late (our flight was late by 3 hours, but they did not inform us nor tell us when we called them after arrival).
We had paid the car upfront already and when we asked for a solution, they hang up on us and told us to inform our broker (opodo) as it was not their problem.
At the end we went to another car rental and had to pay twice, but at least it was a professional service.
