My white car became the landing area of each bit of lime green droppings that escaped the bowels of those birds. Upon noticing the fluorescent green glow of my vehicle I rushed here to Tommy's Express. Upon my arrival, employees eyeballed the vehicle in disgust, just as I had a few minutes prior. I discussed the best wash option with the employees at the window, and they informed me that I may go through the wash twice to remove any green stains. They also provided me with a microfiber towel to help me get any stains off that remained. SAVANNAH was SUCH a big help! There were no stains remaining and the wash got every bit off. This will be my go to car wash when I am here in town! 10/10

It's a shame I will never go back to this place because it is the only place in town you can wash…read moreyour car by hand. However the people who run the place are the biggest A holes, who treat thier customers like crap. The last time I washed my car I was using their soft soap dispensing brush with one hand and in the other a micro fiber towel. Which together I was trying to scrape off the bugs from the front of my car when the soap stopped all of a sudden. I stand up to find the guy running the place had turned off the sprayer and began yell "no bucket washing, if you want to do that go home and do it out side your house". He then points to a sign with a bucket and sponge that says no bucket washing. First off I did not have no damn bucket second I live in a apartment so I can't wash my car outside it and third he wasted a minute and a half of my money. I understand why no bucket washing because they want you to pay for your time and not just use a little of their stuff and take up space, but I was using their stuff I had my credit card running on a timer I should be able use a rag if I want to during that time. This rude and unnecessary hostility was also experienced by one of my roommates who failed to head my warning about this place.

Under Cameron as manager I gave it 5 stars. 4 managers later and quality has gone down hill…read more Vacuums are usually blocked and not working now and when they are they are not as powerful as when Cameron was there. Pre wash used to include bug soak but now they skip leaving the bugs on. Wheels and wheel wells used to be sprayed off now just a cursory wet down. Very happy with Cameron as manager before he left now looking elsewhere with the new management in place One * for Good Price One * Car is somewhat cleaner One * Sympathy, used to be great place So Sad :(

The way that it all was done under 3 minutes made me feel suspicious about the service. When I pulled over to check, my truck was still covered with dirt and debris. My tires didn't get washed at all. The whole truck didn't get washed at all. I have never regretted spending money like that before as much I did last night. I feel like I was scammed into paying $12 for a service that I didn't receive and there was no one there to talk to. One girl was up there on her own and she didn't even know what to do because she new. This was a complete was of time and money.
