Noe & the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and--most importantly--never pushy. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed in my particular situation, walked me through all my options for purchasing from the KC Metro, and helped me get my new vehicle all the way to my driveway--even the delivery drivers were nice! The process was smooth from start to finish. They answered every single question I had with patience and honesty (even the weird ones--thanks for humoring me!). It truly felt like they cared more about helping me get into my chosen vehical than just making a sale. Now I'm cruising around in a car I love, and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional, and genuinely kind dealership, Holm Automotive Center is it. I will be sending all my friends & family their way. Highly recommend!

Our problems included brakes, engine replacement, driveline repair, and electrical. We have been very satisfied each time. Our Jeep brakes, for example, now have a lifetime warranty as do some of the other repairs. I have never encountered this elsewhere. Virg and the staff have been very good at explaining the recommended course of action and the alternatives. We have never had a hint of upselling there- and in a couple of instances, Virg shopped around to find the best price on an expensive part. I've been in shops where it looks like they want to turn a simple repair into a complete restoration, and it's no fun. As we recall, Virg's shop has been here for around 40 years. The mechanics have a little grey hair, and a lot of experience. It's the best shop in town.
