First job was to remove leaves that had overrun the property. They did a remarkable job in…read moreremoving nearly every leaf. I have to say I was impressed by the job and their hard work. I then said that i would like them to come back and mow the lawn. When the grass started to grow and the lawn was not mowed, I realized that maybe we did not exactly have a meeting of the minds. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I called and left a message, they called back on a Friday said they would be there Monday. No one came, however I gave them the benefit of the doubt again, given the rainy days of late and they likely were overbooked. I figured then they would come on Tuesday, the lawn would be done as the lawn is now overgrown. No one came. I called late Tuesday and left a message that I wished they had told me they were not accepting my job, I would have begun my search all over again. Now by the time I find somebody, my yard will look more like a jungle than a lawn! Mary

WOW, I contacted Norwood Equipment during a snow storm as my…read moresnow blower wheels would not turn. They returned my call within a few hours and picked up the snow blower the next day. This always causes anxiety as you never know what the repair cost will be. They called me back 2 days later, advised that they found the issue and the cost for repair (including pick up/delivery) was under $120. It's not often you find someone you can trust and who responds so efficiently. For these reasons, I would rate Norwood Equipment as 5 stars and will be a customer moving forward. Thank you, Norwood Equipment, as we are expecting more snow in the coming days!

I drove to her house to meet the guy to explain what was needed in the yard and he no-showed but then sent a text with how much it was going to be later that night (red flag #2.) Stupidly, I said we would give his services a try and then... no show. 2 weeks went by and nothing. Multiple unanswered texts later, we were not going to chase them any more and moved on to San Marino and they showed up when they said they would and my aunt is happy with their work. PS: Beware of this company's five star reviews from users in Texas! Peter C. is more in line with what we experienced.
