Regardless of the location, I'm taken back quickly and on time, and the weight in the exam room isn't long- maybe 5-15 min? Lori is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable when discussing the most sensitive and awkward of topics. I ask the most bizarre questions (thoughts on natural deodorant, random lady supply questions, you name it), and she answers them with poise, grace, and humor. She will happily discuss whatever is bothering you to your satisfaction. She even makes me laugh. Imagine that! Laughing at the Gyno! It's 7:34, and I'm sitting in my car finishing this review. What time was my appointment? 7:00. I was just in, out, and on my way in 30 minutes! The best OB-GYN practice in the area by far. I love this group.

Siegel . She was very rude and nasty which was a shock to me because my normal doctor is awesome! She pretty much was telling me dr.hammer didn't know what she was talking about and that she had never heard of a 4d ultrasound before. And your supposed to be a gynecologists!? I am switching practices and will be continuing my care with capital health.

Had to get a upper Endoscopy after a previous consult with Doctor DeLacy just to check things out…read moreafter having some reflux and acid indigestion. Staff was pleasant and informative at each step. My nurse Christine was very nice at explaining things to me during the prep stage. She made me feel more comfortable considering I'm not a fan of medical procedures. Dr. DeLacy was both informative and down to earth friendly. The procedure only takes a few minutes although with the prep time and after care your looking at about 1 1/2 - 2 hours for your visit.

They always greet with a smile, and are never too busy to answer a question (even if I've asked it more than once). They are also flexible and will work with you if there is a scheduling conflict or issue. Don't come in without a mask... it is clearly posted on the door & you will be politely asked to put one on! I have been doing physical therapy here for almost 3 months now & have met almost all the therapists at this facility. Everyone is always pleasant and says hello. I have never seen anyone with an attitude or grumpy or snappy when speaking to anyone. And also, since the age of the patients is usually older than many of the employees, I have never heard anyone (including myself) spoken to in a condescending way. Every therapist follows the assigned program, with slight variations based on ability & tolerance, & progress. They all seem to be genuinely caring, and take time to ask questions & listen to each person's concerns. I have never been pushed so far as to result in pain or injury. A couple of times I had an issue with low blood sugar. I was never made to feel like I had to rush & get myself together, which I greatly appreciated. I was shown kindness & care. The atmosphere is very clean, workout friendly and uplifting with various playlists in the background. The equipment is usually wiped down by an employee right after a client's use. Everything is orderly, and the site can accommodate numerous clients. I would definitely recommend this business to others, and return!
