I see him as someone who is a deep and dark soul who would hurt any women that came across his path by throwing himself on and agressively grabbing and touching as ahe did me. It seems that to him, women are simply a perishable good, a car or a piece of jewerly that is disposable and offers no real intrinsic value to society. He acts as if he is gods gift and we are lucky for him to "treat us" to me it seems we women are there to "treat him". Hes a sicko and his partner Stacy Warren is no better. They are Satans Tagteam, the modern day bonnie and clyde here to reak hell and havoc on society. Heres the business plan of South Jersey Health and Wellness: When they suggest a prescription medication to a patient, the drug company gives them an additional commission/fee, ontop of the fee they charge the patient, not many people know that. So when the patient has insurance, they build in a nice proft on each sale. They prescribe addictive medication, medication that is hard to stop taking. This ensures that the profits continue to roll in every couple weeks. The more patients they have that are addicted, the better for the business. How profitable is this for them and why would they want to hurt families and essentially destroy their patients soul? They make approximately 100 per prescription, 50 dollars for their profit, 50 dollars from the company who makes the pill. Now say your taking two prescrioptions and refilling them twice a month. 100 x 2 = 200, 2 weeks in a month =400 dollars per month, 12 months in a year equals 4,800!! A great system for them as they see the patients like cigerette companies see addicts, they always need their fix and come back year after year and rarely ever get off the drugs. So now lets say that have 250 patients (they have more, a lot more). 250 x 4,800 = 1,200,000. Not bad, not bad at all for them.. That does not include consult fees, and other services offered here to introduce you to the drugs. For me, when I see a doctor, I go there fully trusting them and believe they my best interest is in mind, the fact is that is far from the truth. If you have a back injury or knee injury and they cure the problem after one or two visits, the profits stop there and they need to find more patients, the work load is tremendous and the profits are non-existent. The above business model ensures that doctors make huge huge profits and the business grows exponentially every year. I know from first hand experience. They are the heart and soul of the prescription pill problem. The question I ask myself, is where do the kids, mothers and fathers go to get their fix when their insurance gets cut off or they no longer can afford the prescriptions? I have Been Brought Back To Health!!! I am in my late forties but feel as healthy as I did at 25 thanks to South Jersey Health & Wellness Center. I went to South Jersey Health & Wellness Center 30 pounds overweight, not feeling well most of the time with a stiff neck and sore back. My initial visit was for chiropractic care - I had never seen a chiropractor before. Dr. Anthony Carabasi sensed that I was apprehensive to the on-hands approach of chiropractic treatment. He did an awesome job of keeping me relaxed and gradually increasing the intensity of his treatments to match my readiness. In addition to two chiropractors, there are also family and pain management doctors on staff. Dr. Allan Fehlandt treated me for the pain in my neck. He took his time diagnosing and successfully treating the pain. It was extremely convenient to be treated for pain management and just walk to the next room for the chiropractic adjustment. Since it is a Wellness Center their primary concern is health. While being treated the doctors often discuss general health. One day Dr. Michael Edenzon told me about a new nutrition program they were starting where they test your hair, blood, urine and stool and provide a detailed report on nutrition and vitamins specific to your needs. My immediate response was "I want to do it!" I had several nutritional consultations with Dr. Anthony Carabasi. He not only answered every question that I had, he asked me questions about my eating habits to ease my transition into the program. He taught me how to eat healthy and still enjoy food. Nine months after my initial visit to South Jersey Health & Wellness Center I am 34 pounds lighter, I feel great and my neck and back are pain free! My name is Caroline Sampson. I was in excruciating pain, heading for back surgery for 2 bulging disks and another badly herniated (a piece of that floated), pressing on nerves that made my hip feel as if it was on fire. That was the beginning of 2015. Back then surgeons had me on Oxycodone and they said I could not stop taking it, although it made me sick in the stomach and dizzy. I started going to a local chiropractor, but they could not deal with medication so I went to SJHW. Now it's nearly a year later, and my progress through this year is nothing short of amazing! If it had not been for Stacy Warren beginning my care and recommending that I start treatments with Dr. Mike [Michael Edenzon] I don't know where I'd be. I saw both of these experts when I could hardly walk, or sit; it took my determination, and their encouragement as well as excellent treatments to get me thru when it felt as if there was little hope. Shortly, Stacy weaned me off the Oxy, and I only took over the counter medication for pain, along with a muscle-relaxer. Dr. Mike advocated for me to see Dr. Robert Rinnier DO at RelieveUS. With one epidural injection and continued care with Stacy Warren, and Dr. Mike, along with a couple visits with, Dr. Vernon, I was 85% better in a matter of weeks, and a few months later 85 to 95% better. It's been nearly a year and my health is excellent! Although I'm careful of my back, I have the best part of my strength back, and even when I overdo gardening, or lifting more than I should it only takes a couple days to shake out, and I'm nearly always 99.5% better than ever! I have less pain now, than I have had in the past 40 years! My age is 68, and I never thought I'd feel so good. I am a police officer who received a serious, line of duty injury 4 years ago. The injury was to multiple areas, however the lower back was the most severely damaged. I was told at the time, by the workers comp doctors, that my back was so severely damaged that I may not be able to return to work and my life may never be the same again. I knew Dr. Anthony Carabasi from years prior and began receiving treatment at the SJHWC. Their treatment and Phyical Therapy was so thorough and so successful that I was able to return to full duty 5 1/2 months later. Since then, I have continued regular "maintenance" visits with Dr. Carabasi and Dr. Mike Edenzon and today I have absolutely NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT in my back, neck, or any other area. I lift weights on a daily basis with no problem and can work a 12 hour shift with no pain or issues. I remember when Dr. Carabasi shared an office the size of a small coffee shop in Mt. Laurel. His practice was built on and has grown from primarily word of mouth. The SJHWC facility is huge and every member of staff is courteous, professional, and provide all patients with the proper amount of attention and care. I have personally recommended nearly 20 people for treatment there and will continue to do so. A true sign of a successful business is the ability to retain customers (patients) while gaining new ones. Every time I go to SJHWC I see a combination of the same patients that have been going there for years as well as new ones. I wanted to share my opinion about this office because they have been exceptional with my care. I was recommended to go to Integrated Spine and pain. The office is clean and very professional. As soon as you open the door to the office to the time you walk out of the door from your visit, I always feel welcomed and I feel listened to by all staff. The front staff always helps with anything you need. they are so warming and polite. Eileen and the doctor, are just so wonderful from their professionalism and open arms to the care that they provide. Not only have they helped me with my back and neck pain, but the doctor has even helped me with other concerns that I have with my health. He has taught me various topics to support me and provide educational information on how I can take care of myself. I have listened to him and all his advice has led me in the right direction. Dr. Anthony knows what he is talking about. He will not give you information he doesn't know about. He really cares about his patients but he also knows a lot in various health conditions and he has a lot of information to share if he can with his patients. I always feel like a human being, a true patient of his, and not just another number or another income walking into his office. they all are involved with my treatment and they all care greatly of how well they are doing and they have the compassion to help in anyway. Dr. Stacy Warren is a pill mill doctor, and by today's standards that means medicating patients over long periods of time (5-7 years) like she has done with my family relative and milking insurance companies to the gills. My relative is my mother and let me dive right into it and let the viewer, reader, patient or potential patient form their own opinion on the practices performed at this office between her "team". My mother has two suicide attempts so far, one rehab stay, two overdose overnight hospital stays and severe depression. In closing she has two divorces and heavy mental baggage that Stacy uses as leverage to "ease the pain". Stacy prescribes six different prescriptions for anxiety, stress, and depression. These medications are strong and should only be used for immediate trauma only over a short period of time. My mom was functional before she met this doctor, she had a job, worked and was a productive part of society. The suicide attempts, overdoses and hospital stays were all incorporated into the doctors prescriptions. If you have been injured or need any type of medical treatment, do you and your family a favor and stay clear of this facility. Any other victims of this doctor please contact me directly. My attorney said my mother needs to pass for us to have a case unless I can procure other victims of this doctor. I will pay for all legal and financial exposure throughout the process to close this doctors doors and remove this cancer from society. read more

I started going to SJ Health & Wellness in December of 2011, seeing Dr. Pete Vidal for physical therapy for elbow tendonitis and Dr. Anthony Carabisi, who gave me comprehensive X-rays to see exactly what was going on with my spine. We developed a wellness plan together, and I started to make progress. I started paying more attention to my health and nutritional needs I began exercising more. I went from going to the center three times a week from January to about May or June 2012, and then beginning a maintenance plan getting chiropractic adjustments and other services once every two weeks. Dr. C. is very attentive to my chiropractic needs, and even referred me to my current primary care physician, so the doctors here work well in conjunction with traditional practitioners. I was also able to interact with other staff on hand, like Dr. Michael Edenzon, who gave me adjustments from time to time. I had attended a class SJ Health offered with Dr. E. as the host on nutrition, and it really made me think more about paying attention to what we put into our bodies. I would give Dr Anthony and Dr Mike 5 stars any day but the billing department well that is a whole different story The billing process is a mess. I stopped going to see Dr Mike and Dr Anthony because of the way that the billing is done here..today after a claim was processed back in Aug 14,2014 with my insurance and applied to my deductible they tell me I owe them yet another huge ton of money. I just got a bill last week dated the 15th of Jan and this HUGE dollar amount was not even on that bill but yet today I got one sent to me via email which shows this huge dollar amount. .Poor process for sure.. I thought I was done with them but it seems that I now owe them a large sum of money almost 6 months after I last went to see them.. So keep this in mind if you plan on going to see the great doctors here..The billing process is not what it should be. Oh and watch out if they make any exceptions for you for that will be thrown back in your face too!! All of this is directed at the billing department not the FANTASTIC doctor there at all..I love them and they really did help me feel sooo much better. read more

In February of 2015 I underwent my 12th surgery. Since then, my body was never the same. I went to too many doctors and specialists to count, and they made a lot of empty promises for my recovery. I was crippled in pain and couldn't even perform normal daily function. My pain level was through the roof with my chronic pain. Then I found South Jersey Health and Wellness Center. Within 3 weeks, I had miraculous results! I could walk without my walker or canes, I put away my wheelchair, I can walk straight, and fast! My wife, daughter and other family and friends see the complete turn around I have made with my treatments there. I feel like a new man. I came to SJHWC after having been in a severe automobile accident. I hurt with every movement I made. As a passenger in a car, the vibration of the car in motion was intolerable. I am progressing thanks to Dr. Michael Edenzon's Chiropractic care, as well as, Dr. Allan Fehlandt's Acupuncture and Trigger Point injections. This is an impressive facility that houses a convenience of services under one roof. Case Managers, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Nutrition Education, Sports Medicine, Chiropractic care, Acupuncture, in house X-rays, and a private TV room for your children. This is my observation according to what I have utilized. The staff is professional, and dedicated to your needs and concerns. They will charge you for filling the simple document 15$ , they will never do anything not charging your copay , regardless your recent visit just to sign the paper . I've been with Dr. Michael Edenzon and the staff at SJHWC since my diagnosis in July 2011. They believe as I do, in the ability of the body to heal itself when given the right tools.
