Being a part of Greenway Center, there's plenty of parking... but sometimes I have to park further away than others, especially at peak times. If I need cat food or litter, that's usually pretty easy to grab and go. There have been a few times where there has only been one register open, and when that happens it can get long. But thankfully that's rare! Now, what I do see as a recurring thing is that no one is usually around in the aquarium section -- even in the middle of the day. I recall wait times up to 20 minutes to get some fish! If anything, I hope they work on that. Otherwise, for your pet needs, PetSmart should have what you're looking for.

It can take awhile sometimes but it is worth it IMO. I now know to make express appointments because Chloe has separation anxiety and can have seizures if she gets too upset. Sharelle is the BEST groomer although she's typically booked out months in advance. They are always very careful with Chloe and Sharelle picks out the cutest bows! There are other locations that are now closer to where I live but I still and will continue to go back to this location for grooming. Thanks Sharelle!

Listen, I'm not sure where to start because there's so much I want to cover regarding OLK9's Day…read moreCamp Program. First things first, Craig [Martin] is a Rockstar trainer. Period. Our very first interaction was great...his energy was wonderful...he did not disappoint! He was very methodical with his approach...explaining every step of the process...very engaging...constant updates of the Boyz progress...videos, photos...wait! The photos that I received were Ahhhhhhh-mazing, I mean impressive...only to learn that he's a photographer as well...but I digress. The Boyz are spoiled and I have no shame in stating this...*smile*. But they needed to learn manners. I have two large and very strong Standard Poodles - Mr. Brown and Max. They're extremely smart, pretty obedient in the house, but a huge challenge on walks...my poor dog walker. I wanted to be able to take them anywhere without the extended conversations of sit, stay, what are you doing? you know better... etc. At any rate, I'd been following OLK9 Maryland for some time online. I knew that training for two dogs was going to be a budget buster. Thankfully, I was able to take advantage of the "Black Friday" or "Cyber Monday" (can't remember which one it was). I cannot say enough about the great experience I had...the Boyz were happy to see Craig each day which was a HUGE relief for me. Yes, additional work/training on my part is required...to me that's a no brainer. As a responsible pet owner, I want to make sure that there is consistency and an expectation that my Boyz are well behaved and well mannered. Which means I have to do the work. Funny, as I was driving home from our final session, I was so tempted to take them on a short walk because I knew it would be enjoyable. But decided to wait until morning... I'm so excited to be able to have an enjoyable walk with these guys... less scolding and more bonding. Well worth the time and financial commitment. Thank you OLK9 Maryland for bringing additional joy to our home... things are definitely more "manageable". I'm really looking forward to our walks, especially since there will be NO more pulling! Can't wait to be able to take them to the "brick and mortar" with me once it's open! "Life Changing K9 Training"

I wasted over $1,000 to unknowingly abuse my dog through Off Leash K9. I sought help because my dog…read morewas reactive toward other dogs, loud vehicles, and people. I was desperate to help my dog and myself and Off Leash K9 had good reviews. What these folks didn't tell me was that my dog's reactivity, what I thought was outright aggression, was actually fear - that she was scared of all of these things and trying to protect herself from them. So with the use of the e-collar (really just a shock collar let's be honest), I punished her every time she showed a fear response at Off Leash K-9's direction. This definitely changed her behavior, but rather than helping her feel more comfortable with the things that scared her, we instead punished her for being afraid and taught her to hide her fear responses. I wish I had looked at the science behind dog behavior, because I now know research shows that punishment through things like e-collars, buzz collars, spray bottles, etc. are incredibly counterproductive to changing dog behavior long term and they seriously traumatize the dog. I'm so very grateful to have met a Fear Free trainer who taught me about positive reinforcement. It has improved my relationship with my dog immensely and it has ultimately lead to the sustained behavior change I was looking for. Please do not waste your money on abusive, ignorant training through Off Leash K9.

Their entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our baby Nala absolutely loves going there, she gets so excited at drop-off, which says everything. It gives us so much comfort knowing she's not just being cared for, but genuinely loved while she's there. The grooming services are amazing. Nala always comes back looking beautiful and happy. When it comes to boarding, we have complete peace of mind. We trust them 100% to take the best possible care of our baby, and that kind of trust is priceless. It's clear that every dog there is treated like family. We feel so lucky to have Central Park Landover right in our neighborhood. We couldn't recommend them more!

Their prices went up and when i paid for a dremel service it was evident they did not use dremel despite charging me for it. I want to give them another chance because they are nearby and its easier on my 13 yr old dog but in the past they've gotten his grooming done in under an hour and when i recently asked how long his 8am appointment would take they said it would take 3 hours! I tried to inquire why it would take so long and i understand if they're short staffed but what is the point of an appointment if they're gonna have my dog waiting for hours.

His issue was not resolved and he came back with a broken back. I was told that they were going to take great care of my fur baby. THAT WAS LIE! I took him for an emergency visit because he was straining to pee, had blood in his urine, and not eating. THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO BE WITH YOUR PET DURING THE VISIT. YOUR PET IS TAKEN IN THE BACK WHERE YOU CANT SEE WHATS GOING ON. They admitted my dog for treatment and when I picked him up he was sedated on pain medication (something that wasn't discussed prior to giving him the medication). When he woke up from the medication at home, he screamed in pain, I took him outside to use the bathroom that night, he immediately fell over, and could no longer walk! I called the vet the next morning and they told me that he was fine at the appointment. I knew something was wrong. I repeated asked did anything happen during his appointment and I was assured everything was alright. My baby was in extreme pain, his neck was stiff as if he has had a stroke. I called multiple time and finally spoke with Dr. Boyce, she told me to bring my dog in for more testing because he may have a tick-borne disease. I knew that wasn't right, he is on monthly preventative medication. They just wanted my money for useless testing. I called again and the vet finally told me that they had ran blood work on him and put him in the cage and when they removed him from the cage he was screaming anytime someone would touch him so they gave him pain medication. I want to know how much force they used when trying to restrict him for blood work, I want to know why this wasn't originally told to me when I ask what happened at his appointment instead of being pushed to pay for useless testing, I want to know why they didn't send him home with pain medication knowing that he was in extreme pain. On top of that, the reason for his visit wasn't resolved. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. They injured my dogs back during his visit and failed to tell me what happened, I had to pry the information out of them. The recovery from this visit has cost me SO MUCH MONEY! I had to put my dog in a wheelchair and re-teach him how to walk. I have been spending $100 a week in acupuncture visits to fix his injured back for almost a year and we are still going through treatments! I now take my pet to Animal Center Watkins Park. At Watkins park, they found out that my dog had bladder stones (reason for blood in urine) and they recommended a new diet for his gastrointestinal issues. They also allow you to be in the same room during the visit and they recommended him to the neurologist that is fixing his back. APAW does not care about your pet and will injure your pet just to make a buck, BEWARE!
