The crew even asked us for a tip to get lunch, they didn't want to finish the job because they were tired and hungry, the list goes on... Unbelievable practices from so called experts. Dennis Timm charged us for planting shrubs that didn't get planted. When trying to communicate or receive a refund of any sort, Dennis became extremely defensive and vulgar and even threatened my husband when leaving a review was mentioned, Dennis responded, "Oh, you don't want to start a war with me!" The same exact words he used when threatening our neighbor, a year ago. This guy is a fraud and should not receive anyone's business, trust or support.
