My husband left Kyle and Amanda a voicemail, which they responded to immediately. They went over to our house right away, where my mother (who was quite shaken up, understandably) was pet sitting while my husband and I were out of town. I am so thankful that they were able to give my mom peace of mind, as well as take care of anything urgent that night. They came back and spent the next day cutting up and piling branches. There were all sorts of other ways they helped out too, such as collecting and relocating lawn decor and bird feeders, taking pictures, and covering up broken windows. Kyle and Amanda are wonderful people who are clearly passionate about helping others. We will definitely be contacting them for all of our tree service needs going forward, as I can't imagine being nearly as satisfied with anyone else after this experience.

Matt not only responded to my initial email quickly, but within 2 weeks of that contact they had removed two of our trees, trimmed two others, and removed the stumps. He quickly returned my call and was up on the property within the week. He moved the 18 trees, filled in the holes left behind, and mulched and watered the newly placed trees. There were 3 trees around 5 feet tall, and the rest were 8 feet and higher to about 12 feet This was done in late July and it is now mid October and they are all doing well. The price was great, much much cheaper than going out and buying new large trees and having them planted. All in all, I was very satisfied and would go back to his company if I need to do so again in the future.
