It was quite the challenge dealing with all the bolts in the concrete, but Jesse said, "I love a challenge!", and took about 22 hours, poor guy. There was a lot of damage to both in and outside Frames, but Jesse got real creative in trimming both sides up to look gorgeous and all damage was gone! The previous door was really a mess!! all around great experience with this company! from my…read moreinitial contact to request a free estimate for an insulated glass unit replacement to the scheduling of an accurate measurement to install. the people i dealt with were all very nice, courteous and knew what they were doing. it was stress free from start to finish. today chandler arrived to do the install along with two others (brady and colby, i believe?) they were efficient, conscientious of the space, clean, personable and did an amazing job. they even finished far sooner than i was told the install might take. time will tell, especially as the seasons change, but from all i can see right now, including the reuse of the window trim that shows no sign of having been removed, i'd 100% recommend einar johanson for window replacement. they were great to work with--zero regrets in terms of choosing them!
