In honor of the holiday, I ordered their special: an iced chocolate-covered strawberry latte with strawberry cold foam -- and OMG, it was SO good! It honestly tasted just like a chocolate-covered strawberry in coffee form. Rich chocolate and smooth espresso blended perfectly with milk, all topped with the prettiest pink strawberry foam. It was almost too cute to drink... almost. It looked exactly like a chocolate-covered strawberry! It was so good I completely forgot to snap a picture before finishing it. The ladies behind the counter were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole stop even better. If I lived closer, I'd be a regular for sure. You walk in and they have two gambling machines, an ATM, and the counter to order. There were 2 people ahead of me, but I only walked 2 minutes before my order was taken. There were 4-5 people working and they were working FAST. I ordered a plain latte, 12oz, and a chocolate sea salt toffee biscotti. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and paid about $8 after tip. The latte was good and the biscotti was even better. I'd stop back again, if in the area.

Extremely affordable, but not for everybody. Small, unassuming, and smokey, this place has seen…read moremany better days. Though that could be said about the entire town, it's particularly true in this case. This place was a bus station once upon a time, but now it's very much a local hangout. You can feed 2 people with drinks for less than $6 here, but only if you don't mind eating in a place that allows cigarette smoking. Cafe means something a little different in this area than it does anywhere else. Sure, it will probably have coffee and sometimes food, but what that really means is video lottery gambling machines. In this establishment the machines are in a separate room, so the place still has the feel of an old diner. The collapse of the US steel industry hit Weirton hard. The unfortunately named Fun Cafe is in the shadow of the old Weirton Steel mill and reflects the poverty of the region. The service was friendly and the food couldn't be much more affordable, but don't expect an upbeat environment. A lot of folks in Weirton don't have much to be upbeat about.
