He estimated that the process would take 3-4 hours, and he actually spent 5 hours which I didn't expect but was pleased with due to the great results. Cody came to my house in the early morning on a hot summer day with all of his supplies, including towels, hose connector, wax machine, cleaning materials, and more, which was very convenient. He first washed my car in the driveway and let the foam sink in. He then had me move it into the garage where he could dry the car, wax and detail the interior. Cody was thorough in his work and clearly took pride in what he does, which he does well. I pointed out a few problem areas and he was able to address them accordingly. He went over what he did to ensure my car stay in pristine condition, including applying sealant, steam cleaning, and protective coating. I can already see a difference, especially the interior. They walked me through the process as I have never detailed a vehicle before. They didn't try to sell me services I didn't want or need which I can't begin to explain how much that means! My car is absolutely beautiful. The seats are rid of grime and fingerprints. I forgot my deck had a glitter to it. The dog hair is non-existent. The day of I went to the address on the Groupon only to arrive at my appt time to find a closed building. I did ask the business next door about them and they said they had been closed a while. Went to my emails seen a completely different address in the email so I drove to it. It's at a personal house in almost downtown Greeley. Not a shop with a waiting room but a home people live in. The gentlemen I spoke with was polite said he could still get me in shortly after his job was finished ( which he was in the middle of working on at my scheduled appointment time. I was about 30 minutes late for my detail and he told me he would be done in 15 minutes ) I asked where I could wait at and was told inside the car which is a 2 seater sports car or on the curb. I am a young adult female. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. When I called about the issues the female on the phone was very short said they are keeping my $75 because I didn't cancel 72 hours prior that the detailers are professional but took no care in how unsafe and uncomfortable I felt. they did offer to reschedule to the Fort Collins location but I would have to pay them another $75 for the appointment. They kept the $175 Groupon payment they were paid and marked it as filled with no service provided pretty sure that Groupons aren't supposed expire until used so this company literally stole my Groupon payment by marking it as fulfilled . This is horrible business practice buyer beware don't buy Groupons with this company and be aware they demand $75 upfront if you don't show or don't cancel they keep your money anyways.

Doorsills were still filthy, third row was completely untouched, floor mat clips caked with dirt. - Wheels were rinsed off but were still covered in brake dust/grime - Exterior paint was washed but not wiped/dried properly, and clearly was not waxed. Lots of remaining bug residue and hazy, steaky cleaning product left on the paint. Definitely was not waxed even though that was included in the "mighty detail" package I purchased. Overall, the car would've gotten cleaner being run through a $12 touchless wash. I was also charged an undisclosed $35 pet hair removal fee, even though there was no dog hair in the car. I called to express my disappointment and the representative was completely unapologetic. They offered to send the same detailer out to give it another shot, which I declined. Why would I want the same person working on my car who did a poor job the first time? The representative then told me this specific detailer has had other complaints. Why would I want that person touching my car again then? I was the told it would be at least a month before any other detailer was available, so no recourse other than to have the same incompetent person come back out. I was offered a partial refund, which is probably fair, but I'm still left with a disappointing experience and a car that was not detailed properly. I will be looking elsewhere for a more professional detail in the future.

Blown away by this shop…read more I hit a turkey on the interstate. No kidding, a turkey and it went through the grill. The shop kept me informed along the way, allowed me to leave the rental car with them, and most importantly took good care of my vehicle. The repairs look perfect, the car drives great, and then even detailed the inside. I hope I never have to get a collision repair done again, but if I do, I am going to Classic Collision.
