I have known Raymond for years and never previously knew him to act this way so I continued to have faith in him to eventually complete the job before my deadline from ECC for completion. About a week ago I sent him an email stating my frustration with his repeated misinformation and several promises to complete the job in previous months and stated this was not compatible with how I had known him to be. Today less than 2 weeks before final deadline, I see him working next door. He tells me he was not happy with that email and now refuses to do the work agreed upon. I don't know what happened to the man I once knew! I decided to speak with the manager at Ace Hardware in Lake Tulloch. Not only did it fall on deaf…read moreears it was if this business didn't care if a customer like me , a 20 year faithful buyer even was interested or concerned. This business is owned by a local businessman who owned most of the businesses in Tulloch. Luis Pizza is his business as well. The owner has a several IGA stores in the 50 mile radius and has never joined any local support factors so there is no goodwill that I can see. The first opportunity a competitor moves in the area he will get a wake up call. I know 2/3rds of the 50 employees in the Tulloch area and bad news travels at the speed of sound, good news travels at very slow pace. Hope he hears about this review and contacts me and I will be glad to enlighten him that when the cat is away all the mice become active and cause great damage in his business.
