Dallas Bath and Glass are fantastic…read more 2 years ago, in early 2023, a cleaning service broke one of the glass doors on our shower. We called Dallas Bath and Glass out and they gave us an estimate. The estimator was extremely thorough, and I was impressed with his knowledge and methods compared to competitors. Although their prices were fair (we had 3 estimates done), we had to wait because a short time later a storm did major damage to our roof. Although I decided they were the right company for the job, we had to put our resources to bear on the storm damage; fights with insurance delayed everything. Fast forward to 2025, and even though time had passed my initial impressions brought me back to calling Dallas Bath and Glass out again. The estimator came back out in mid-April and re-did all of the measurements - the original estimate was very similar to the new one and I didn't think there was some crazy gouging of the price or unjustified increases (I did my homework). The price was actually nearly the same. The problem is the door is not standard. It requires some custom work to be done; there is no off the shelf solution. We went ahead with the work. The new glass was built and installed in early June. I could not be happier with the way it came out. The installers were courteous, clean, and provided excellent workmanship. I also want to say that the entire time, communication was fantastic. I was kept informed about timing, and the day of, they were prompt and showed up when they said they would. Thank you, Dallas Bath and Glass, for some great work. Well done!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRO AMERICAN ROOFING!…read more I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Pro American Roofing, especially Michael Chaves! After two other roofing companies were unable to get State Farm to fully cover my roof replacement, Pro American Roofing stepped in and got it done! Michael was incredible throughout the entire process -- excellent communication, constant updates, and exceptional customer service. He made everything so easy. And the icing on the cake? They also reconfigured my gutters to improve drainage. For over 20 years, my patio flooded whenever we had heavy rain. In early October, we had torrential downpours, and for the FIRST TIME in over two decades, MY PATIO STAYED COMPLETELY DRY! I couldn't be happier! This company truly goes above and beyond, and Michael Chaves is an absolute pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
