Had an appointment with Dr Parmalee a month ago only for them to tell me when I got there that he was out on medical leave( yeah right probably on the f golf course) so I rescheduled with someone else and on my way up to Madison (coming from New Haven) I called and said I was running a few minutes late. The lady responds and says "we give you up to 10 minutes after your appointment time" so by 2:10 so was good. I get there at 2:10 only for them to tell me "it's 10 minutes or after" hahaha what a joke. Dr Parmalee your practice sucks you better retire early. I will be searching out another general practitioner someone who values me as a patient and customer. Middlesex Madison gets the big !

I drive 40 minutes to get to their offices, and get they're 11 minutes late, to have the receptionist tell me they have a 10 minute cut off. The lobby is empty, and I have now fasted for blood work only to be turned away. I remind them how three weeks ago my previous appointment they were 15 minutes late or even how they made me talk on the phone three times the previous day to try to switch the appointment to a virtual visit even though they came to the conclusion that I needed to come in person for the bloodwork... it's just plain sad but either way I'm moving on.
