Coastal Chiropractic Over the past few years I was alarmed at my decreasing ability to move around without pain and fatigue andI finally decided that I would commit myself to whatever it would take to regain my athletic and pain-free self. By chance, I decided to try out Coastal Chiropractic. Best decision ever. After taking in-house x-rays, Keith and Dan showed me in detail the nature of the issues I was experiencing. Looking at the hip, spine and neck x-rays clarified so much for me. I made the decision to do their suggested program for three months involving adjustments and strengthening exercises three times a week. After the three months, I signed up for weekly treatments for another year. Fast forward ten months - although I am not quite back to where I was 40 years ago, I am once again active and pain-free and have resumed hiking, tennis and pickleball! The first thing you will notice upon entering their clean, spacious front desk area are the friendly greetings from the intelligent and efficient front desk staff- Kate, Chloe and Stephanie. To your right is a spacious workout room with one or two patients calmly doing their prescribed exercises, sometimes with the help of the indomitable Kate. Then on to the waiting room, which is equipped with chairs and the opportunity to do a prescribed routine to loosen up the back, before (within minutes) you find yourself in one of their four large cubicles for treatment with one of three amazing chiropractors. I have been treated by excellent chiropractors throughout my life, and Keith, Dan and Jared have proven to be possibly the best. After treatment, Kate will accompany you to the physical therapy space and will explain the exercises that have been recommended for your condition. Typically, the entire time commitment each visit will run between 15-45 minutes, depending on how thorough you choose to be with the exercises. Having suffered from sciatica form more than a year, and after seeing many doctors who with X-rays and MRIs told me my options were limited (injections, pills, maybe surgery eventually), and finally after seeking help through acupuncture, I finally looked to chiropractic solutions -- and found them at Coastal Chiropractic & Wellness in Madison. Coastal Chiropractic was recommended to me by a very good friend back in early 2024. At that time I was experiencing sciatica issues. I also had bone on bone in my right hip. My first visit with Dr Keith showed me that this was a very professional organization. I took the notes that I had which he reviewed thoroughly and then came up with a plan. After taking x-rays they determined I had an approximately 27% curve in my spine. I was put on a 12-week three times a week program. At the end of that program the curvature in my spine was reduced to 7% and completely relieved the sciatica issues I was having. This now allowed me to move forward with total hip replacement which I had in February 2025. I continue with regular adjustments two times a month which I believe is critical to maintaining spine alignment. I highly recommend this practice. read more

The traction table and adjustments to my back and hips are a life changer. Complete jaw (TMJ) to toe adjustments. Received adjustments treatments to my jaw that has aleviated my jaw pain. Was measured for orthotic shoe inserts here. They have changed the way my feet and knees stay in alignment when on my feet for hours. Had suffered for years with pain, now very little discomfort.
