My story is a long one. I have been plagued my severe pain for 11+ years. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, costocondrytitis, thyroid issues, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, stomach problems, bladder issues, sleep issues, TMJ and jaw pain, wrist spasms, peripheral neuropathy, hyper mobility syndrome (she calls me Elasta Girl), Chronic fatigue, and a boatload of other issues. My main problems being chronic pain, chronic fatigue, inflammation and mobility issues. I have had 4 treatments to date. My jaw pain is pretty much gone. I can open my mouth! My headaches are resolving and I can turn my head and I'm not bothered by my neck pain keeping me up at night. My shoulder pain and numbness and tingling in my arms is resolving. I no longer have pain in my clavicle area and the pain in my sternum and ribs is greatly improving. I can breathe! She treats my elbows and wrists (yup, inflammation there too!) And the spasms have stopped. I haven't noticed a change in the pain and swelling in my hands, yet. The pain in the back of my shoulders and upper back is pretty much gone. My lower back is a huge source of pain for me. I have severe pain and immobility due to the fusion caused by ankylosing spondylitis. She's treating this area very aggressively (after lots of testing and it was cleared by my rheumatologist). This isn't going to go away. What's done is done. But...(pun intended) it's improving! The numbness and tingling in my upper thigh is shrinking. It was from my hip to my knee (remember, 4 treatments in). It's now about 6-8 inches long. Woah. I was told these nerves were dead. Maybe they were just in a coma? The pain in my tailbone is gone. I can sit! The pain in my hips and pelvic area is improving. My bladder problems are resolving. My abdominal pain is improving. My knee pain is improving as well. I also had a fall about 2 years ago. I tore my Achilles tendon and ruptured 2 ligaments requiring a reconstruction. So this also increased most of my symptoms. She hasn't treated my ankle yet but she will eventually. So, I'm a mess. RA has damaged my joints and connective tissue. Chronic wide spread pain and inflammation. Lower spine partially fused. Spinal stenosis. Peripheral neuropathy. Nerve damage. My tests were pretty impressive. I have tried every type of therapy possible from medication (pills, injections and infusion), PT, everything. I figured, what did I have to lose by seeing what Dr. Tracy could do. To say I'm blown away would be a gross understatement. The level of my pain has me bed ridden. Not being able to stand or sit for any period of time, I was left to laying flat. Add in chronic fatigue, well, it's just a recipe for a life not lived and I'm not even 40! My children are in middle and high school and I've been left to cheer from the sidelines. I do volunteer and help them in any way I possibly can but to say I'm limited doesn't begin to describe it. Before I came to see Dr Tracy, I felt trapped in a body that basically gave up on me. I was dying and crumbling from the inside. I am on a lot of medicine and heavy pain killers. None of that has changed yet (again, 4 visits in!), but I'm hopeful it can start to be lowered soon. Am I ready to run a marathon, God no but check back with me in a year! Thank you Dr Tracy for restoring my faith in my body (and in doctors!) And for holding my hand through this. Is this going to be quick and easy? No. But nothing worth it ever is. I hope I have amazing things to say in a few months. I know I will never be completely pain free. She hasn't given me false hope. But no one in 11 years, has given me any hope at all. Any amount of pain reduction is astounding to someone like me. It just has never happened. Ever. 11 years ago I was told I had thyroid cancer and MS. Thankfully it didn't end up being cancer just a severe case of hashimoto's thyroiditis. And we don't think it's MS. And I was devastated to learn I had RA with a toddler and a newborn at home. Unfortunately it took me until they are almost grown to find Dr Tracy. But if she can give me what she has in 4 treatments, imagine where I can be in another 11 years! read more

Dr. Tracy and her staff are very professional and treat you like you are part of their family. Being a retired a police officer I spent many years sitting in a car. Over the years I always felt some type of pain in my joints. Most recently (two months ago) I began to experience lower back pain and a tingling sensation down my leg. From the first time I walked into the office her staff was very friendly and took the time to remember my name. After my evaluation Dr. Tracy took the time to explain the cause of my issues and the treatments needed. As a result of the treatments/adjustments and recommendations I no longer have the lower back pain or tingling in my leg. I do still visit Dr. Tracy every two weeks for an adjustment to ensure everything stays aligned. That is not the reason for the review. As I mentioned they treat you like family which does not begin to show the extra steps they take to care for their patients. I was on vacation in Alaska and had a hike scheduled. I started to feel pain in my back and tingling in my leg again. I called Dr. Tracy and explained what I was feeling. She said she would get back to me shortly. Not only did she get back to me within an hour, but she also located a doctor for me, called the office provided them with my history and made arrangements for me to see them the same day. Dr. Tracy and Dr. Kaitlyn are most professional and Knowledgeable with the human body. When it comes to CHIROPRATIC CARE these Drs. are the best. Very kind, listen and care about you. I seriously would want the whole world to come here for the best care. I have personal experience with both Drs. I have seen them for general care and specific problems, knees, foot shoulder, head, neck and back. When I tried everything possible for my back that went out some years ago no one could help me. Just gave me muscle relaxers and rest. I was using a cane to get around. I saw Dr. Tracy and one adjustment I got off of table and walked normal with no pain. Sometimes it is instant, sometimes takes a month or so, but always works. My first experience was in 2008. I was getting massages for a tight neck. They never worked. I 1st came into HHC with the worst pain I've ever experienced. I could barely walk without insane spasms. Dr Esther checked me out and has been caring for me since. She's a godsend to me and is without a doubt, the one who has relieved the pain. I don't have any pain at all, and I owe so much to her. it truly saddens me that she is taking a position closer to her home as I know she travels a long way. I know I'll be in good hands with the other doctors in the practice as they are all very experienced. Everybody has such a great disposition about them. It's a family friendly environment. I am new to Healing Hands but certainly not new to chiropractic. If you have used a chiropractor in the past you know how beneficial they are to your health and well being. If you haven't then finding the right chiropractor to fit your needs is so important as there are many types in my opinion. It took me two years to find one that not only fit my needs but my comfort level as well. I am a patient of Dr. Tracy's and can't believe how much better I feel. I had never been to a chiropractor before. I was always skeptic. I started a few years ago with twinges in my back and ignored them. As time has gone on the pain has become severe. I had been receiving orthopedic help for a year. I went to physical therapy. Dr. Tracy is fantastic! Not just as a chiropractor, but also as a person. She's upbeat and she loves what she does. She listens to you which is so unusual today in a doctor and she explains what she's doing so you're not afraid. I would recommend her to everyone of any age. One of the greatest side effects for me is I suffered depression and anxiety before seeing her. But that's disappearing as she aligns my body into what it should be. We started going to see Dr. Tracy when my kids were 3 & 4 years old. (At the time, my hubby didn't go and wasn't too keen on the idea). Her kind demeanor got my apprehensive kids (and husband) on the table and she has helped us all so much. We initially went for overall wellness, but she was always willing to take us anytime if the kids were sick or if my husband and I were having a specific issue. After going for a while, we felt almost like family. The staff is very friendly. She worked with us on a reasonable payment schedule as our insurance didn't cover chiropractic. Highly recommend. Office is professional yet warm and inviting. Staff is courteous and quick to respond. I went into the office in a lot of pain from herniated discs. Dr. Malton, I believe, truly has "healing hands," like Mr. Miyagi in Karate Kid, hence the name of her chiropractic care center. It is like gentle waves of soothing energy. For me the treatments are better than surgery or drugs. I also brought my daughter Melanie in for a back injury due to a fall while dancing. Ive been going to Healing Hands since August of 2024 and I can't express enough how much I wish I started going sooner. All the staff are wonderful and just stepping through the door improves my mood.
