Unfortunately, between an ordering mix-up and a pretty underwhelming sandwich, the experience didn't live up to expectations. The space itself is great--bright, casual, and inviting, with a cool, laid-back vibe that makes it a nice spot to sit and hang out for a bit. It definitely has that neighborhood café feel that draws you in. I ordered the avo TLT and swapped the bread for a baguette. We grabbed a table, and since it was fairly busy, we ended up waiting about 20 minutes for our food, which was totally fine. When the sandwiches finally came out, my husband's order was correct, but mine was completely wrong--I was given a turkey and cheddar sandwich instead of the vegan option I ordered. When we went back up to the counter, it seemed like the mistake came from the order being entered incorrectly. Things happen, so no big deal--but what was frustrating was having to wait another 15 minutes for the replacement. It felt like my corrected order was just placed at the back of the line instead of being prioritized. Unfortunately, the sandwich itself didn't make up for the wait. The flavor was pretty one-note, with the avocado overpowering everything else. The tempeh was sliced so thin it was barely noticeable, which made the whole thing feel a bit lacking, especially for something meant to be a more substantial vegan option. Overall, it was a disappointing visit. The space is cute and has a lot of potential, but between the mix-up and the lack of flavor, it's not somewhere I'd return.

Met there for lunch today with my dear friend and brother Paul. The sandwiches are amazing! Turkey, havarti with delicious toppings on crusty ciabatta bread was so fresh and yummmmy! Paul had a roast beef sandwich with extra horseradish on ciabatta as well. All that and a bag of chips except we had to pay for them ... :) They are located off of Venice Boulevard and parking spaces are easy to find on the boulevard... We sat outside comfortably for over 2 hours catching up on a beautiful SoCal day! I love LA! Prices are reasonable, and the lovely fellow with the mustache behind the counter named Jared was just sweet and friendly and wonderful! Definitely will return. Highly recommended

It's been a while since I stopped into the Burrata House but it's been calling my cravings lately…read more So before leaving my nearby office, I popped onto Yelp! And used the Order on Line feature to place my order for pick up. I was feeling adventurous and veered from my usual Burrata Salad and ordered the Truffle Parma Burrata Sandwich (panino) and headed over for pick up. I remembered why I don't stop by as often as I'd like, the parking lot is awkward, despite the kind and attentive parking lot attendant. Squeezed into a compact spot that had an over sized truck next to me that made for maneuvering in and out of my compact vehicle a bit ridiculous. Walked in, picked up my sandwich and headed back to work to enjoy it. Now I'm in no way complaining, but this sandwich is exactly what it says it is, fresh ciabatta bread, fresh burrata cheese (yum), prosciutto, caramelized onions (perfection) and truffle cream sauce. Everything delicious but the truffle cream is pretty potent, be aware. Maybe they went a bit heavy on the Truffle Cream sauce but it was just too rich & potent for me today. (I ended up just scraping the burrata cheese off and eating that alone instead of the second half of the sandwich, and yes I'm a truffle fan). Will I be back, absolutely! Would I order this particular sandwich again, no. The Burrata House is pretty small, so just a small wall counter and bar stools inside to eat and a few tables outside to enjoy your meal.

Those housemade chips are incredible, I could eat those by themselves! You also have to try their freshly baked cookies, every flavor is soo good. We found this little sandwich shop tucked away in this little strip mall just off of Barrington…read more The restaurant itself is a lot larger than I anticipated. Just a heads up, they only accept card payments. Card payments includes Apple Pay as well as Google pay, in case you were wondering. I was impressed by the large dining area the natural light that comes through and how clean everything was. The menu is tough for me to read because I am a little bit more visually impaired these days. But they are located on three large TV screens above the register and ordering area. There are printed menus available as well. Most of their sandwiches look like they are anywhere from about $15-$18 each. They have quite a variety. I really love and appreciate that the person who took my order not only was very familiar with their sandwiches and could make some really good recommendations, but they were very mindful in letting me know if I were ordering a sandwich that were cold versus hot. Sometimes I've had the experience where I order a sandwich and I get it and it's cold. I didn't anticipate that. So, there was one sandwich that I thought I was going to order from here and the employee who is taking my order let me know that that was a good selection, but that it was a cold sandwich and not a hot one. Thank goodness. A dodge bullet on that one. I also really appreciate the fact that the employee let me know that with certain sandwiches, if the bread type was not one that I cared for that I might be able to substitute it without any problem. I ordered food for my kiddo, and I mentioned that she has a little bit more bit more difficult time with breads that are crispy or hard or tough, like a French roll. So she made it very clear to me as to which bread varieties they have that might be good for her situation. I also really like the fact that the employee knew what was in the different spreads that they use on their sandwiches. That was very helpful. I also mentioned to the employee that I am allergic to olives and cucumbers. And so, if there were any items that we were ordering that were inclusive of cucumbers and olives, she would put cucumbers on the side, but olives were not a worry because they don't use them in house at all. I was honestly just really impressed with your service and the knowledge of their staff. She said that a lot of their repeat business comes from their in-house spreads that they use on their sandwiches. I believe it. My family and I we ordered about five different sandwiches. Each sandwich comes with a side salad unless of course you go ahead and decide to order an upgraded side. Some of the examples of upgraded sides include things like french fries or a goat cheese and tomato soup. Another option was a turkey chili or a side of coleslaw or a kale pasta salad. Those are all pretty good seeming sides. Personally, I ordered pretty blindly. I didn't really look at the cost of each of the sandwiches that I ordered nor did I ask about the cost for the upgraded sides. But all in all, five sandwiches and upgraded size for each of them was a total of $100. I figured, 20 bucks per person really isn't bad these days.

I would recommend the spot, they have a parking lot that they share with F45 so depending on when you come, could be full but you can always park on Sepulveda. Food was fantastic, I like the garlic yogurt sauce with the Mamani and the tuna salad was delicious. They have protein shakes (they're right across from F45 so genius move on their end) with the option of whey or pea protein. Seems like a new local business so definitely go to give your support! The staff is really friendly and nice. Biggest tip: if you're walking or didn't park in the garage, the entrance to the place is a doorbell you ring on the gate next to the bus stop. I circled around twice until I finally noticed that.

It was more so a sweet pistachio milk with a hint of matcha. Pistachio flavor was good though. A solid option if you want a matcha, but don't want a "real" matcha lol. To eat, the baba's chicken caesar wrap and that was okay as well. It tasted pretty healthy which I do like, but a lot of the components made it feel like I was eating cardboard. The creamy sauce did help though and I loved the crunchy and refreshing side salad. Interior and bathrooms are pretty clean with a good amount of seating, tables, and outlets. The baristas here were super nice and welcoming. The music can get a bit loud though especially the one coming from the fitness room it's connected to. To park, you just need to follow the signs inside the building for the free covered parking. Solid study spot with decent drinks and food. I would consider coming back.
