If you've stumbled upon Great West Radon on Yelp, you should check out their Google reviews. They've got a 100% 5/5 hit rate on Google, so that should tell you something about them. Great West Radon is owned and operated by Jordan & Dorothy. They have an immense attention to detail. During the consultation, Jordan explained how they were going to install the radon mitigation system including test holes, how deep the main hole was going to be, where radon typically emits from, etc. This is also included in their scope of work, but it's always nice to have someone explain it all in person. I read a lot of other reviews for radon companies in Calgary and typically when people complain, it's usually relates to contractors that they have hired to do the jobs. I very much liked the fact Jordan (owner) did the install. He's very personable, approachable and diligent. These guys also have a fantastic website. Our radon levels went from ~180 bp/m3 to less than 15 bp/m3 within 24 hours after the installation. Will definitely be recommending these guys to my friends & family. read more
