The whole thing is off and doesn't taste right. The dipping sauce is not quite duck sauce or what I expected either. I have a feeling today's lunch will be interesting. I am hopeful the rest of the apps and meal goes better than the first starter. The chicken satay is super dry. The peanut sauce is thick as heck. The spring roll had some older lettuce, not great. The sauce was not peanut sauce, just topped with peanuts was all. The fried rice is meh, nothing special. The main dishes aren't big portions. The drunken noodles aren't too bad, small portion, which is fine. The drunken noodle was the best part of the meal, that's not a good thing. Now, you can get the tasty menu that made Shanghai Inn great along with the AYCE buffet of Grand King--all in a dining space that got huge! It's a massive upgrade all the way around.
