Betty was the only one who actually listened to everything we needed AND wanted, plus checked on a lot of things no one else did and made a few great suggestions. Their estimate was higher than others we got but it became VERY clear that the difference was worth paying. The team is incredibly skilled and they were constantly checking on details I would have never even considered. They were very respectful of our space, used high-quality materials, and made sure nothing affected our HOA restrictions (as much as we wish we could replace the fence!). Betty was always in communication and easy to reach with questions, and she stopped by at several points in the process to see that everything was meeting her high standards. The team left us with a cleaned space and detailed instructions about how to maintain everything long-term. We will absolutely be calling CIB for our next project.

If we filed a restraining order, please send us the paper work we served you with...oh, you can't, because it didn't happen. We never touched the tile, which is the basis for this review, before you stopped responding to me. I actually did send all evidence to Yelp Guarantee and they agreed to send back $2500 based on our evidence. Once that occurred, we got another company to demo the shower and the 24 X 48 tiles literally fell off the walls. I see that you changed the name and filed for a business license on 12/31/2024 (after you were last on our property mid-December). Congratulations. Remember in the state of GA, when you don't do the work yourself (since your knees are bad, remember?), you need a contractor's license for jobs over $2500.

The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. We will definitely be back in the future for other windows in our home!

Sunny estimated his guys could get the job done in 10-12 business days. They got it done in 9 total days. Sunny thought some of my floor tiling might get destroyed and might have to get replaced when his workers demolished the shower. Instead they demolished the shower and had everything out of the house for trash pick-up in a few hours without scratching a single tile on the floor. His team constantly exceeded expectations. They showed up on time every day and worked almost non-stop until the end of the day. At the end of it all, the quality of work done by everyone on the team was top notch. They were able to make our vision a reality, and they did it at a pretty fair price. Anyone looking to avoid a contractor horror story with their remodel should call Perfect Remodeling.

### Kirchner Customs -- Exceptional Craftsmanship and Customer Service!…read more As a retired interior designer, I have a particularly critical eye for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and aesthetics. When we decided to install a Palram sunroof on our eight-year-old pergola, I was admittedly nervous. I knew very little about the product and had high expectations for how the finished project would look. Fortunately, we chose Kirchner Customs! Derek worked with me personally throughout the project, and I cannot say enough about his professionalism, patience, knowledge, and commitment to quality. He understood my concerns and appreciated how important the smallest details were to me. Installing a new roof on an existing eight-year-old structure is not necessarily a straightforward undertaking, but Derek and his team approached the project with skill, care, and meticulous attention to detail. The finished result is beautiful! The new Palram roof complements our pergola wonderfully, rather than looking like an addition made years later. It has transformed our outdoor living space while preserving the character of the original structure. What impressed me most was not simply the quality of the finished project, but the pride Derek takes in his work and his dedication to customer satisfaction. Those qualities are increasingly difficult to find. After a career in interior design, I know the difference between a job that is merely completed and one that is done exceptionally well. Kirchner Customs delivered the latter. **I wholeheartedly recommend Derek and Kirchner Customs. They have earned my trust, appreciation, and highest recommendation!**

They showed up on time, cleaned up their work area every day, and best of all they really enjoy their work and working with each other. The work was completed on time and at the price promised. Derek Kirchner is honest, responsive, delivers on his commitments and does great work. I look forward to working with him again on a larger project and can't recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a good deck contractor.

I was extremely disappointed with Alex and Trimelogic. My small cottage remodel began in the end of…read moreAugust 2025 and was due to be finished in 4 to 6 weeks. By the end of March 2026, it had not been completed, and I fired Alex and his crew and got another group to finish the work. Much of what was done on my screened-in porch had to be removed or corrected. None of the supporting post were plumb, overhead supports were not level, and the sanded plywood that was installed as a ceiling for my carport was attached with trim nails. Needless to say, the ceiling did not stay in place. As for the inside of my cottage, architectural plans were not followed and rooms were not built to the specified size. I have wall switches that do not activate anything. The plumbing of the sink underneath the kitchen and bath have such long hoses so that the space is hardly usable for storage. The LVP flooring has cracked and needs to be repaired in two rooms. The overall lack of communication and sometimes showing up to work caused tremendous hardship on me. Because the project was not finished by the projected date, I had to live with my daughter for six months, and reschedule delivery of appliances. I found Alex to be overtly pleasant, but he did not listen to my concerns, built things the way he wanted to do them in spite of the architectural drawings, and provided many many excuses for why he did not show up on time. For example, he didn't work on one particular day and when I texted him to ask, why, he said they weren't coming because he didn't like the look of the sky. Although there were clouds, it never rained at the job site. Another issue of concern is that Alex did not get a to do the . As a contractor, I was under the impression he took care of all of the for the remodel and addition of the porch. My new crew had just begun working when a code enforcer drove up and said that all Work had to stop. The office had received an anonymous phone call saying that I was doing construction without proper permits. My new contractor took care of this problem that very day. I find it extremely odd that anyone could see what was going on at my house since I am surrounded by trees, and there's no way to see my house as cars drive-by. How would anybody know that a permit had not been granted when I didn't even know that?
