This told me he was very serious about taking this job because I reached out to another company (Alcaraz) and sent them all the same info and they ghosted me but, I'm glad they did. Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel I received a fair price for the work that was done. He definitely went above and beyond and I can't even tell where that hole was before, he did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I'd most definitely hire him for any work I need in the future.

I believe there were a total of three men working on the job and they were all very friendly. I speak a little Spanish which helped, but Google Translate helped our communication. He was very punctual and responsive and I never doubted trusting him. They weren't perfect (but nobody is) but the few things that were called out were handled appropriately and respectfully.
