The staff is very kind, warm, welcoming and helpful. Everyone we've talked to has been super nice, from the branch manager on down. Spencer, the banker, is very helpful and always follows through. They take care of you like no other…read more This is a step back in time and a step into the future all at the same time. When you walk into a CACU they are genuine glad to see you welcome you they are ready and eager to help. They are good at what they do and just take care of you so well. Customer service and care like the days of yester year. At the same time they use every bit of technology to make on line banking so easy and fast. Even when you stop inside they help with the technology to help you in the future. Love the high tech ATMS they use. With visual audio and personal back up for the times when you just need someone to jump in and help. Plus I am a member not just a number so the more I use CACU the more my profit share is at the end of the fiscal cycle. Yes great service and money back. How can you not love CACU?

Yes I like local businesses but with all of my travel BOA works for me…read more It is location, location, location and they have me covered when it comes to that. I use the two ATMs at this location. Yes there are two and one is around back. Many times when I pull in there is a line at the one in the front and the one in the back is empty, just waiting form a customer to find it. The folks here are friendly enough but I rarely have to go inside with so many options right at the ATM.

TLDR: do NOT use Arvest for a mortgage- THEY LOST MY MONEY!…read more I went through Arvest for my mortgage because of past business relationships with them, and the assurances they gave that they do NOT sell or transfer their mortgage loans. WRONG! They have decided to outsource my mortgage, only 5 years after origination, and in their brilliance decided to do this over the HOLIDAY! I had already made my December payment (via auto pay electronically, just as I have for the past 5 years) when they notified me of the change. I called and asked about it, and they assured me that my payment would be processed and applied to my loan before it got sent to the new bank. Now, here it is 10 days later, and they still have not processed my payment, nor can they even FIND it! The money has been taken out of my bank account as if they received the payment, but they have not applied it to my loan and told me they "don't have the payment." They won't investigate it, telling me to go back to my bank and have them investigate it themselves. Meanwhile, my loan is being sent to the new provider WITHOUT a record of my last payment since Arvest "did not receive it" (even though they did because the money was taken out of my bank account). So, I am now out $1100 for my originally made payment that ARVEST CAN'T FIND, as well as having to come up with ANOTHER $1100 to pay the new company so I am not behind in my loan, until SOMEONE can figure out what Arvest has done with money!

And I've been quite happy with our checking and loan accounts here. Most especially Ms. Vanessa Lopez went above and beyond in assisting me with our loan support documents. Ms. Meagan was also extremely helpful in the loan process and made us feel comfortable when we set up our accounts and Home loan. Mr. Paul England has been instrumental in our home loan process and offered competitive products that couldn't be beat. Clearly I'm a happy customer; the staff here always treat me like a very important customer. I recommend them without reservation.
