The açaí was on the better quality side from any other local shops I've been to. The strawberries and bananas were super fresh. My husband and I shared the açaí bowl while sitting on one of the 2 leather couches available for customers. There was cool art and lovely music like Hall and Oats' I Can't Go For That (No Can Do) and the sweetheart Post Malone's Jackie Chan. The staff was cordial and one was really super sweet and proud of the quality of their product upon me mentioning how much we enjoyed the fresh and tasty bowl. So far, I've had the short rib mac n cheese, steak and cheese, spring fling smoothie and the Mykonos smoothie. The mac n cheese is decent; it's creamy with a crust. Similar to other healthy nutritious drink bars, they serve up an interesting good variety of protein shakes and energizing, boosted mega teas. Combo pricing for both tea and smoothie is $10-$14. This place is very similar to Integrity Nutrition in Concord, 207 Nutrition in Maine, and Unbelievable Nutrition, Unbreakable Nutrition, Unmatched Nutrition, Unstoppable Nutrition, and Untouchable Nutrition in the Albany NY area. The atmosphere is inviting and spacious with very limited seating due to the pandemic, which has a few tables and chairs and soft chairs to enjoy your crafted beverage(s). On my recent first time visit, I decided to combo up to save $2. I ordered a Basic Tea and Shake Combo ($10.90 with tax) on a Relaxation Ice Tea (caffeine free) and a Churro Dessert Shake. The relaxation tea was cool and refreshing with a good vibe with each sip, not too sweet. The Churro Shake was very good, which had the flavors of a cold dulce de leche dessert with sweet cinnamon and topped with pieces of cinnamon toast crunch cereal. which had amazing flavors, yet refreshing and filling. I enjoyed my cold drinks outside on a hot and very sunny day.  The pleasant staff was very busy making drinks and could tell I was a first timer to this store. Like I mentioned, it operates in similar fashion to other nutrition oriented tea and shake bars, but with different drink offerings there. I also registered to be on their email list for news and offers. I can't wait to stop in again to enjoy their other creative drinks.

We got a breakdown of the menu - enough that we felt comfortable with what we ordered. Both of us enjoyed our orders at first. Both of us couldn't wait to leave at the end. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, this shop is somehow affiliated with Herbalife. There are stickers on the menu. Before coming in, I had no idea what that meant. By the end, we concluded that both of our drinks had the same "base(?)". Hard to describe: perhaps sweet, Splenda-filled mocha-ish chalk that gets left on your palate. We wanted to be polite, because they were very nice, but in the end we couldn't get out of there fast enough. Started strong, and maybe we both happened to order something we didn't like, but because they both tasted the same, I can't imagine I'm up for a second try, even out of curiosity. Best recollection: This is like when you are trying to be polite at a friends house who is serving sugar-free cookies, and you are looking for the saltiest chips to wash the taste out of your mouth.
