There are a lot of "I can't do that" responses. One area that just bugs me is the $50 processing fee, when I am submitting a separate order with same logo that is actually on file and one that I just completed. I have learned to live with it, but it irritates the heck out of me. Another experience was when I received an email asking for confirmation of my design and quantities of an order I have just placed. I respond with "Can I add another item to my order" thinking, this is a no brainer and of course they will allow me to do so, yet, I get a response "no, your order has already shipped". So how is this possible when I haven't responded to the email they sent to me on Friday, nor have I confirmed that the order was accurate which is the purpose of that email they sent to me. It just wreaks of lack of wanting to please the customer and worse, indolence. My suggestion to this company is to understand the customer experience better, and try to accomodate. As someone who was just starting to spend thousands of dollars with them, getting these type of responses don't help and causes me to look more locally to find another company who does quality work. After all, this is not rocket science. I need to see improvement as they may lose me as a customer. So far I am only impressed with the quality of work, not my experience with Thread Logic.

My son has been wearing it every day. They look great. The coaches love the polo shirts and it helps the team to look more cohesive. We put together a competitive team for kids that love baseball and are extremely athletic but also love and play other sports so they cannot commit to the club teams that play 70 games per year at 9U. We do play all of those club teams though and overall our coaches and team uniforms look better than any of theirs. Unfortunately I was taking my father to Ireland on the 19th today is November 22nd, I've called numerous times to receive my apparel which was supposed to be done October 20th. On November 21st I was told it'll all be done today and told that they would contact me to come pick it up by the end of the day. I never heard from them, so I called this morning only to find out that my apparel was not only not finished but was not even going to be delivered until Wednesday. So now waiting for this ridiculous amount of time and never receiving a phone call in regards to my Apparel are there the lack of it... I'm not upset but I am curious of why the owner would tell me it would be done one day and the next day I find out it's not even going to be delivered for 2 days! Bad customer service, no return phone calls,no hint that your apparel is not going to be completed on the dates promised.. Not even an apology! Instead I receive an email with an invoice. And for text messages stating that you will not deal with anybody who was rude to her employee, I was never rude to her employee I just asked why I was told they would be done yesterday by Linda the owner. The employee was beside herself and did not have an answer of why her boss had lied to me. I said communication is King please ask her to call me.. Unprofessional most definitely still never completed my order which was supposed to be done on the 20th of last month instead I've been ignored blown off lied to and never contacted to let me know my order may be late. When I arrived to pick up my shirts, the store had not started the order. Dan said that he would do the shirts and drop them off at my house as they were needed for an event that weekend. Dan texted me an image of the finished product he dropped off at my home. The product was not what was ordered. The text, font, size, layout, and color was incorrect. I reached out to Dan several times via Text, Email, Phone, and Facebook, all attempts went ignored. I then tried calling from an unfamiliar number which was answered immediately. I explained to Dan that the shirts that were delivered did not match what was orderd to which he responded " I know, I couldn't find your order". The experience was horrible. Customer service was awful. I would NOT recommend this company.
