This is a challenging company to review. Overall, I think the quality of their work is excellent, but on the flip side, when you ask them to do something just slightly out of the ordinary, the customer experience falls apart. There are a lot of "I can't do that" responses. One area that just bugs me is the $50 processing fee, when I am submitting a separate order with same logo that is actually on file and one that I just completed. I have learned to live with it, but it irritates the heck out of me. Another experience was when I received an email asking for confirmation of my design and quantities of an order I have just placed. I respond with "Can I add another item to my order" thinking, this is a no brainer and of course they will allow me to do so, yet, I get a response "no, your order has already shipped". So how is this possible when I haven't responded to the email they sent to me on Friday, nor have I confirmed that the order was accurate which is the purpose of that email they sent to me. It just wreaks of lack of wanting to please the customer and worse, indolence. My suggestion to this company is to understand the customer experience better, and try to accomodate. As someone who was just starting to spend thousands of dollars with them, getting these type of responses don't help and causes me to look more locally to find another company who does quality work. After all, this is not rocket science. I need to see improvement as they may lose me as a customer. I worked with Heather. I am not a graphic designer, so I came up with a simple logo and she helped to clean it up. We ordered hats for the team and polo shirts for the coaches with the team's logo on them. They turned out better than expected. The kids loved the hats and instantly put them on. My son has been wearing it every day. They look great. The coaches love the polo shirts and it helps the team to look more cohesive. We put together a competitive team for kids that love baseball and are extremely athletic but also love and play other sports so they cannot commit to the club teams that play 70 games per year at 9U. We do play all of those club teams though and overall our coaches and team uniforms look better than any of theirs. I highly recommend staying away from this company for your apparel needs. Seriously, they are incredibly misleading and fail to meet deadlines, and fail to even accommodate. Let's take a look at the experience I've had. 1. Go through a horrible online interface of trying to order just four hats. 2. They claim 10 day turnaround, I purchase and get a 24 day turnaround notice. 3. Then, they say I have to manually approve the work days after I made the order. 4. Then, days later I get another email saying I never approved it, but it's just a breakdown of communication on their end. Again delaying the process. 5. Then, finally 2 days before their supposed turnaround I get an email saying they don't have them in stock until May and that I should swap out my black hats for red hats... Threadlogic provides excellent quality embroidery and customer service is very good. However, Threadlogic fails at warranty of merchantability. I ordered a batch of large hats for my fat headed employees. Threadlogic sent me tiny hats, child-sized, that were labeled as large. The hats were not usable for my crew. Threadlogic refused to correct the order without me paying for an entire new order. The threadlogic policy violates the Warranty of Merchantability laws of the UCC code. Caveat emptor. read more

VERY easy to work with! Just pick your shirt, style, and send in whatever you want to be embroidered on the shirt and they take it from there. Excellent communication and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and highly recommended! read more

It was a difficult beginning as I was told our logo was too detailed and would not turn out very good. After much discussion..and Many phone calls---finally, I asked them to run the test. The logo turned out amazing ! I was quite surprised but very happy. So my advice is to have them run the test one before being discouraged. They were very good in sending different sizes so we could try them on and feel the fabric. In the end we were very happy with the quality of the work. We ordered very early for Christmas so that was not a problem. Our logo turned out fabulous. People taking the orders Need to brush up on communication skill and knowledge of embroidery work when dealing with customers. They were easy to deal with in spite of it all. Processed an order online 3.5 weeks ago. Today I get an email that they need an additional $35 cool no problem right? Well the refund the entire order $450 and re invoice me for $485 well I have to wait 3-7 days for refund on my cc to process to repay the invoice why wouldn't you invoice me $35 if you can invoice me $485 making a $35 invoice wouldn't be hard yet I speak with Marry and she said it's impossible and due to all this it would be 6 weeks before my order would be completed. 9.5 weeks from initial payment date. What a joke these people do not have their crap together I highly discourage you to use and Shop local. read more

I ordered shirts for my team for our annual meeting. The estimated arrival when I ordered gave me a 5 day cushion. The meeting was last week and still no shirts. When I inquired- the response was that they could have expedited the order (for an additional $75 I might add) but there was an "unknown delay" in processing my order. All I wanted was the ship time I was initially promised- nothing special. To make it up- they offered free shipping on my next order. There will not be a next order. read more

I am making an account with Yelp, hoping my experience keeps you away from these folks. This place is horrible. The customer service you receive is worse. I placed an order for a couple of backpacks and some jackets with our company logo. Two charges hit my credit card, but their site reflects no order placed. I called their customer service, who couldn't find any record. I have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. This is how I wanted to spend the last hour of my day. I recommend anyone other than Thread Logic. The poor reviews these folks have been well earned. read more

Go elsewhere. Missed shipment dates with no information, defective merchandise, excuses, excuses and more excuses, partial shipments. What I did get was obviously defective - mis-matched sleeves and logos that had not been finished out. All person we contacted were friendly and professional. Product quality is great, price is very reasonable, and delivery is quick. They made sample logo embroidery and sent the picture to confirm. Every process was accurate and noticed to us the stage, so it was very easy to understand current status and feel comfortable. I read the owner's bio on the web and I like his philosophy. I purchased 5 port authority challenger jackets that have zipper pockets because I needed a jacket that can keep my keys and wallet safe from dropping - i love the fit and comfort of the jacket- i even got the jackets embroidered that cost me a-lot extra - however the pocket zippers are made poorly and stick from the zipper binding on the trim material that is above the zipper- because the trim material is so wide the zippers stick when opening and i cant get my keys without breaking the zipper- I thought it was just an isolated issue but all 5 jackets stick and rendered useless- dont buy this product- i am disappointed cause the shirts i got from them are great- not being able to open My pockets is a deal breaker for me - i would buy another jacket but they charge you an extra 30 dollars per item if you want embroidered items- they claim its a set up charge but they charge it on every item you buy so expect to pay 30 dollars per item you buy with embroidered items they charge too much for that service better to not buy at all read more

We tried to purchase caps, and shirts from Thread Logic for the past several weeks. I personally spoke with Jeff the owner and worked out an agreement to have all our offices and our licensee companies purchase directly through them. We had agreed that all the volume purchases would be treated as a single account regardless which office made the purchase and that we would receive the volume discount as a single account. I told Jeff that we would make a purchase corporately so we could have samples for all our key personnel so they would know what to order directly. We had agreed that we would be given the highest discount on our purchase do to our collective volume. We have been completely mislead! The entire discussion about price was like it never happened. When I tried to call to discuss Jeff hides out and does not return my calls. In frustration I went ahead with an order anyway without the agreed to pricing being honored because we needed the shirts and caps for an event. We sent in the order and realized we made a mistake and needed a few more shirts so we wanted to adjust our order by adding them. They wanted to charge us as if it were a new order? Mind you they had not yet even started our order! We cancelled our order we are starting over with another company! As a business owner I'm dissatisfied and disappointed in the poor customer service.
