With all of the dealerships experiencing a serious lack of inventory, I was ecstatic to find the…read moreexact type of sedan we were looking for... within our budget even! Carbone Subaru of Utica had the right price on a CPO Legacy with less thank 10K miles and I couldn't have been happier with financing and the warranty. Although we had a minor kerfuffle involving an ignition key, Stephanie was able to get the situation resolved and saved me two 84+ mile trips to abs from the dealership. I'll be happy to make my service appointments there now that I see there's at least one person thinking rationally. That's 100% more than most big dealerships I've dealt with!

They called back two weeks later and said it will be two days of work. They gave me a rental car, which was nice. After FOUR days (not including the weekend), I return and they complain that the gas tank wasn't full. They also wrote a lot of things they said were wrong with my car. Some of it is true, which I'll take care of. Others, no way. They said I have lights out and my steering wheel acts strange, which I haven't seen at all. I had to cancel appointments with other mechanics because of Rapp Subaru's promises they failed to keep. I'm running on a tight schedule, so it matters if I have to cancel other appointments to fix up my car. I will never do business here again.

This absolutely beautiful women won both of our hearts. Within a very short time I realized how super intelligent and confident Elise was, we looked at several of your used Subaru vehicles and drove a couple before we left and within 24 hours we were back to drive a 1922 green Forester and of course the end of the story is Elise knew what we could afford and how unhappy we were with the 2022 Nissan we wanted to trade in. After test driving the Forester we immediately signed paperwork and this story has a happy ending. we took it for a long drive and couldn't be happier. So to the dealership, we say thank you for your quality of service and hope it never changes. This is our second Subaru Forester and hopefully not our last.
