I walked out and took my business elsewhere.

The space itself is also very small, with limited seating--you're basically sitting on top of other people, which makes for an uncomfortable experience. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, unimpressive selection, and cramped environment means I will NEVER visit this place again.

They have a terrific humidor room with an outstanding variety of high-end and not so high-end cigars. There is something for everyone and all reasonably priced. They even a couple of seats in the back of the humidor room to sit, relax, hang with some friends and chat. What was easy to notice was the amazing ventilation system throughout.
