How do I take away the star from this review? Go to Millwood Market at 1111 Northern Blvd instead. Cleaner, nicer facility and much nicer service. This 7-11 does not value the patronage of blacks or first responders. Very strange guy working behind the counter. While working an overnight detail, I stopped off at this 7-11 to get some iced coffee and snacks, but had to use the bathroom. The guy refused to allow me access to the bathroom. Came in on Wednesday Night 8/16/17. Two ladies working were very professional and courteous. They let us use the bathroom so we got a coffee to keep us honest. This location had a number of kosher good and drink items, such as kosher Slurpies, if that is of interest to you. We just got coffee and I was glad that they offer whipped cream to spray on top. I love whipped cream and I highly recommend if. Pro Tip: sign up for the 7-11 app. Every 7th purchase of coffee with whipped cream is free! This store is the worst 7-11 store that I visited Ever in my life !!! The worst service that a person can get is in that store !!! I went to there every day in the last month because this place is the closest one to my home , and I want to enjoy the coffee in the morning when I wake up !!! But every day I went to there ?? (1) I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes until they fill the container with coffee !!! And Day after day The same thing is happening !!! There is no coffee !!! (2) the Coffee containers area is always Dirty with sugar and coffee spilled around the containers !!! The milk bottles are always stinky and sticky because the milk spilled on it !!! Now I don't have anything against this culture ( people ) but , There is there that Eastern Indian employees, that always meet you in the morning with sad faces that takes from you the whole fun of coming there or drinking the coffee !!! Besides they don't want to do anything !!! Only after I complain that there is no coffee in the containers ?? Then they coming and start to fill up three or four coffee containers that is empty !!! And only then they start to clean the area around the coffee containers !!! And they do all of that only after they Finnish with all of the costumers !!! that have no option but buy other things instead of coffee !!! Because there is never coffee there !!! In my opinion ?? Like most Great Neck residents who've been swarming to this 7-Eleven since its grand opening, I believe it was long overdue. While they are still working out some staffing kinks, it's clear that this place is a major hit with locals and is definitely here to stay. The parking lot is a decent size, but would be even larger had a pointless police post not taken up a large chunk of the property. Hopefully this means more national chains will be popping up in this otherwise desolate enclave. read more
