They will try to work eith you thr best they can. This company here will even try to work on pricing for you as well. They are a fair company at a fair price. What more could you ask. I have called "big name" companies in Syracuse before and got ridiculous pricing. Called this business here and they took care of us. I am glad they have stuck around for as long as they had. I thank you!

We rented a bus to shuttle our wedding guests from the hotel to the venue. As per our contract…read morereturn shuttle was at 1:3 - at 10:29 the driver came into the venue and informed one of our guests he was leaving with or without the passengers as he had been sitting there for 15 minutes. Very unprofessional as it wasn't even pick up time and I was told they will stay 15 minutes past the contracted pick up time. We had to have the band announce that the bus would be leaving ASAP and all guests riding the bus would need to exit the reception and get to the bus. Not they way I wanted a perfect day to end. Not to mention they called the day before the wedding trying to collect the final payment that we had already sent to them 2 months prior. I would not recommend using them for a wedding - maybe a less formal event.

We booked a van to bring ten of us to different wineries around the area. We had already chosen our wineries, but if you want them to help you choose they also can do that. From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . She is truly a gem! At the end of the day, Tammy had created us all little tokens to remember our day by. We had a wonderful day and would book with FL limos again in a heart beat.

Wouldn't give a refund of the $200 deposit, instead a in-house credit to use within a year. There goes 200 dollars down the drain all because they can't find it in their heart to give it back after an hour of booking an appointment months in advanced. Argued with Jen over this and she was terrible. Emailed the owner... got zero response. Contacted the better business bureau and they lied to them. I wouldn't give this business the time of day. Overpriced assholes.

They do not have an organized means of doing business or accommodating groups. When it came to settling up at the end of our wine tour they CALLED THE COPS. We were not told up front that we needed to pay cash for the remainder of our bill. A rational good business would come up with a standard way of settling a bill and communicate it UP FRONT. So a big thank you to elite limousine for having cops come and waste a saturday evening mediating a conversation in front of my house that could have been had 6 months ago. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I booked this company 7 months before my wedding…read more I sent them a deposit which they cashed immediately. I decided to call the company a week before my wedding to make sure that we were on the same page. They told me that they had no record of me and that BOTH the limos I reserved were gone. They told me that they thought I was mistaken! I then screen shot the text messages that we sent back and forth confirming that they got the check and they we were all set. She then all of a sudden found the sticky note that had my reservation information on it! We met in person, had several phone conversations, and exchanged text messages there is no excuse for my reservation to have been forgotten. The owner of the company was very rude and unprofessional at addressing the issue, they felt like it was not their problem and they did not see the need to help me find a new company. They did not want to fix their mistake so I had to find a new company a week before my wedding. Not only that the owner blamed me for getting forgotten, she said I should have checked on them earlier. Why would I have the need to check in on a limo company when we had already made a timed schedule? It is not the brides responsibility to make sure that the owner has organized notes!! Thank GOD they were in the parking lot of the venue and they did not crash! The women driving the limo bus said "oh well I guess you have to walk the rest of the way". She proceeded to shut off the bus and air conditioning in 82 degree weather. They would have had to walk another .5 mile to the venue!!!!. The girls called us from the limo bus and we had to have guests drive to the bus and pick up the bride, parents and bridal party. Needless to say the wedding was late. They have never even tried to contact my son to apologize or return some of his money! All I kept thinking about is the crash in western NY when the whole wedding party was killed in the limo! But to never get ahold of them apologize and compensate their mistake is disgraceful. They were paid in full and didn't give a damn about anything else, not even the safety of their customers. So before you hire these people, BEWARE!

They came a very long way to service our party, and I'm so tremendously grateful. Our driver, Rob, was a mensch. He arrived early to get a lay of the land and figure out how he planned to navigate the roads in and out of our (very rural) venue. He picked up everyone on time and nobody showed up to our ceremony late! Then he hung out till we were ready to send people home, and was extremely kind to wait until we were sure we had collected all of our guests and left no one behind! They transported our guests from a hotel in Cooperstown and were even kind enough to arrange additional pickup and drop-off service for guests staying at a nearby Airbnb, which we really appreciated. We also wanted to be part of the fun, so we had the trolley pick us up at the venue the night before and bring us to and from our rehearsal dinner. It ended up being such a fun and memorable part of the weekend. Our guests absolutely loved the trolley ride -- on the way back to the hotel, everyone was singing along to music after the driver let them connect to the speaker system. It really added to the celebration and made the night even more memorable for everyone. Matt was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of once everything was finalized. On the wedding weekend itself, transportation ran smoothly and allowed our guests to fully enjoy the evening without worrying about driving. We're very thankful our guests were able to celebrate safely and have such a fun experience together. Danielle & Taylor
