I have been SO HAPPY with the care I am receiving at i'move! I went to an orthopedic doctor for pretty severe knee pain from a running injury. Once they ruled out fractures or tears they recommended me to i'move for treatment. A few years ago my husband was also referred here after having ACL and meniscus surgery on his knee. He worked with Mike, and thought it was really helpful and went very well. For my treatment I've been working with Colin. He is so nice, and professional, and I really appreciate that he remembers the conversations we have. Not all care providers actually listen or take the time to remember what their patients/clients/customers talk about. On top of that, my knee is exponentially better! It's been hard work, and I have been putting the work in at home as well, but I'm still amazed at how much better my knee is. I really appreciate the plan being tailored to me. When I haven't had time to put in the work at home, or if I had a set back, we adjust the plan as needed. I haven't graduated yet, but have make great progress, and I would absolutely recommend them!

When I was leaving the place and she seen me but purposely ignored me, while telling the person behind me to have a nice day. I don't know if that is part of the job or if it's required to tell people to have a nice day as they're leaving, but she made it clear she wasn't going to say it to me. I thought it was discriminatory, unprofessional and disrespectful. This was somewhere around 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. today.
