I signed up for Spectrum Mobile because I had become fed up with "Total Wireless" (which is now…read moreTotal by Verizon). Long story short, I ran into a tech issue on Total Wireless/Total by Verizon's side. Contacted Total and got sent into a HUGH goose chase, transferred from one rep to another. The entire time none of us could understand each other.. (language barriers). FINALLY, I hung up and contacted Spectrum. I was connected with a friendly gal who was able to resolve nearly 2 hours of a headache in less than 15 minutes. The customer service with Spectrum was subpar and her tech skill were spot on!! Problem solved! I'm giving 3 out of 5 stars because I was a bit disappointed the phone didn't come with a charger (thankfully my old phone's charger fits). It's a little beat up because I haven't bought a new phone in nearly 10 years, as my Samsung has always been super reliable. Would have been nice, though, to know the phone doesn't come with a charger in the event I didn't have one that fits. Another setback was the communication regarding when my phone was being shipped and the expected delivery day. It was sent through FedEX and needed to be signed for. When I purchased the phone and plan I was told I would be notified when it shipped, as well as when it was expected to arrive. I did not get any updates throughout the transaction. Thankfully my daughter was home when I was at work and signed for it otherwise it would have been lost in the FedEX package abyss. I would love to give 5 stars since my experience so far has been great. Unfortunately, there were a couple hiccups. I'll update my review in a couple months now that I have the phone and have a chance to use it.

Some years back my mother ("Little" Dorothy Rogers - previously Director of Medical Records at WMH)…read morewas experiencing headaches and could not remember basic recipes. I took her to the ED at WMH in Sault MI where testing was performed. Mom was diagnosed with a, "Small Stroke" (direct quote). She remained in WMH for a couple days and during that time was "examined" by an "on call" physician and her primary care physician. Those two "concurred" with the original diagnosis and mom was placed in occupational therapy. A couple weeks later I received a phone call from my youngest sister (Evelyn), an RN at Mt. Sinai in New York - "Randy, I talk to mom daily and she is not responding like any stroke patient I've ever worked with. We need a second opinion." I immediately began transferring mom to Dr. Chander (my physician). About one week later Dr. Chander reviewed documents and the scan that was performed at WMH. Prior to even meeting mom he said, "I don't think it was a stroke." He ordered an MRI which revealed a large Glioblastoma (about 3 inches x 1.5 inches when centimeters are converted to inches). Mom went by ambulance to Petoskey where a more detailed MRI was performed revealing the large, gray mass but with tentacles well involved with her brain. A biopsy determined the mass was cancerous. Bottom line: Mom received radiation therapy in Petoskey, with the goal to buy her a few extra months with family before passing away. A tragedy! Mom was very loyal to her long time physician but did not balk when transferred to Dr. Chander as, "Dr. ______________ was not listening to me." Would the results have been different if Dr. Chander had been her primary care physician? Very possibly. Our oldest daughter (Kristin), a long time NP in Wisconsin, who has met and spoken with Dr. Chander numerous times over 15 years said: "If Dr. Chander ever retires, you two will have to move from the Soo." Dr. Chander is a "Water Walker". His commitment, intelligence and personality cannot be equaled. His recent treatment by MyMich is reprehensible and absolutely unforgivable. If Karma exists, the powers that be at MyMich will rue the day it was decided to grievously abuse Dr. Thilak Chander. A glaring example of Corporate Medicine at its "best" (a word dripping with sarcasm). Randy and Bonnie Rogers Brimley MI 9/15/2026

I have never been so upset with a company that I have felt the need to "complain"…read more i ordered a Incense holder for my daughter for Christmas. I payed too have it shipped to me by the 23rd. The owner Janice also graciously payed the same amount "she says" to make sure it was delievered on time. The 23rd came and went, with no package arriving. I called on the 24th and talked to Janice and she told me there was nothing she could do until Monday, hopefully it would come. Monday the 28th came, still no package. I checked Online Tracking and the last scanned date was for the 18th. The package had not left Canada yet. I also called the post office, they told me the same, it had not moved and as a the receiver I could do nothing, the company would have to open an investigation. I called The store back, she told me the post office was not open that day, even though I had just got off the phone with them, and to call back tomorrow, Tuesday and she would refund my money, she was too "Busy" at the moment doing inventory. I also asked her if the post office should refund her and I both our money for paying to have it shipped by a certain date and not receiving it....she told me she was not going to pursue her $30 over a "small incense burner". Now, $30 may not be much to everyone, But to me and a lot of people paying an extra $30 on top of the purchase price of something is quite a bit, especially this time of the year, and this "small incense burner" that she referred too was the only gift that my daughter had her heart set on for Christmas... Tuesday the 28th, I call the store to get my refund like I was told too. She informed me that she went to the post office, my package was in transit and I should receive it by Friday, At that time if I wanted my money back I could return it and get my money back. So, I immediately called the post office, again. I was informed that the package still had no scans on it since the 18th and seven days later should in fact have many scans making its way to me. That there was no Friday date for delivery. It in fact is "lost". Again telling me the sender would have to be the one to open an investigation... The postal worker being in disbelief that a company would not automatically purse this or refund the money back....So Ultimately I was lied too by The store owner by her telling me it would be here by Friday, after refusing to refund me my money, after she said she would...So it is now the 29th of December, 7 days after the date i was supposed to receive my package. I have no package. I have no money back. I have been put off. I have been lied too. This to me, is not how a company should be ran. This is horrible customer service and the fact that it came from the owner, makes it that much worse. I have NEVER encountered such bad service from any company. I would highly advise anyone who wants to place an order from this company to think twice before they do. You may not get your item or your money back, like they have done to me. I hope no one else has to go through this. Especially another child who didn't get what they wanted for Christmas because of crappy customer service.
