We lived here for 3 years and only moved because of job relocation. The maintenance staff was quick effective and kind, we never had to wait more than a day for something to be fixed and it was always fixed correctly the first time. They even painted some of the walls while we lived there because of a few scuffs that bugged me. The office staff was great as well we really liked Sandy and they even waved a late fee that happened because I entered my payment information wrong while paying online. I absolutely loved Forest Meadows and would recommend it to anyone who wants a stress free nice place to call home.

The pool on site is beautiful, and although it should be a safe place to bring your family, it is not. There is zero dress code or concern that there have been several complaints made about someone dressing completely inappropriately. It is actually so bad that when we see a specific resident at the pool, due to how revealing her attire and behavior is, we leave because I don't know my children to be around that. I spoke with Bob, the owner of Forest Meadows about this, and although he assured me he would personally take care of the situation, he has not. It's disappointing that the person in charge doesn't care to protect the safety of his complex and clearly has zero intention to stop people dressing and acting as such.
