I'm so happy that I did! Lindsay was extremely responsive, knowledgeable about the process, and handled all the logistics flawlessly. It was incredibly helpful to use her preferred network of mortgage brokers and title agents who worked together seamlessly and ensured I always had everything completed on time. Anytime I had a question or an issue came up, Lindsey dove in and tackled it! She even sent a great list of helpful tips the day I moved in, and some great places to visit in my new neighborhood. By the end she felt like a friend and I would recommend her without any hesitation to all my friends and family! Thank you Lindsay, I love my new home!

CPM is the worst rental company I've endured (and I survived 444 park, if you know, you know)…read more They hire inexperienced maintenance workers and their communication is beyond poor. They have no clear channel of communication. I received texts and calls from various workers over the 3 years, it was never streamlined and hard to trust what is real from a scam. They left me without a lock on my door (inside the unit, but exposed to downstairs unit) for over a month, and allowed someone to move into the lower unit without letting me know/putting a lock on my door first. They randomly put a storm door on one day, gave a key to the basement unit, and didn't say anything to me about it. She informed me I could pay to copy hers. Mind you, the lower level tenant was not even given a key to this back door at move in, she copied mine. She was only given a front door key. So this made no sense. They are currently charging me $375 from my security deposit for window screens that never existed, plus a bunch of other bogus fees for routine turn over. If you proceed with renting a unit under them, please be meticulous in your property condition form. Get on your hands and knees and mark everything that is wrong with the unit (there's probably A LOT). I would also recommend keeping a running list of all maintenance requests, and communications from them. They are slimy and not to be trusted. Additionally, they waited until the morning of my move out to send me any instructions or information. I had already locked my keys inside, and turned off the gas and electric after not hearing from them for 2 weeks. When I sent an email that I did that, only an hour later did I receive an email saying "leave gas and electric on and return keys to leasing office to complete your move." It has been a terrible experience. They also just stopped returning emails regarding my security deposit. Please do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from. Home owners- you'd probably be better off with another company as well. They are doing a disservice to you as well.

Fine, you can't get the place plowed even for the 300+ a month fee we pay for such things. But you can't pick up a phone and return a call???? Give us some idea what is going on???? We have older disabled residents panicked their relatives can't get to them...and they just leave us hanging. It's cruel, unnecessary, and a crappy way to run a business. A 5 minute call isn't too much to ask. This place is the WORST. You'd be better off in an apartment. Everyone else I know in the area is already plowed, but here we sit.

Communication was consistently poor. It often took days to get return calls or responses, even on time sensitive issues. More importantly, there was little to no urgency or effort when it came to collecting rent that was months behind. As the owner, I felt like I was the one pushing for action, instead of being supported by the management company I was paying. A major reason you hire property management is to protect your investment, handle tenant issues, and enforce collections. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. The lack of follow through and accountability cost me both time and money. I would not recommend this company to landlords who want proactive management, strong communication, and firm rent enforcement.
