My mother, sister and mother-in-law were all very involved in the project, so there were a lot of personalities (conflicting ideas, etc). Vinnie was very patient and conscientious, fielding everyone's concerns and always following up. When an issue did arise, he made sure it was truly made right, even if it meant giving me a call after hours. We were all so stressed and he really took care of us! I am excited to have them come back to do more work for us in the future. Also, should note the guys actually doing the work were great too - did great work and left the space so clean! She provided me a few designs / price points to choose from and I found them to be transparent with their pricing. Remodel stayed on schedule, which was huge for us. (I was 7.5-8mo pregnant at the start of the work, so I was concerned about timing) The quality of the work seems to be high, no issues so far. Their crew was pleasant to have in our home. (Respectful of napping toddler, pets, friendly, clean! etc.) Scotty, our project manager was great. Other reviews comment on them being overpriced, but unfortunately any quality home re-model will be expensive these days. Their designer (Tong) helped us with a plan to combine two small awkward rooms into one bathroom and worked within our budget to give us a much more functional space. Work started as scheduled with Steven as our PM and he kept us well informed along the way, handling any issues as they arose and minimizing disruption to the rest of the house. The NKB carpenters (Michael and Jorel) were excellent and kept things moving onsite along with some great subcontractors for plumbing, electrical and tile that Steven aggressively coordinated to ensure the project progressed quickly. The end result was better than we hoped and we only had one small change order for a late change we made to the plan. We truly appreciated the professionalism and flexibility of the whole NKB team from the design process with Tong through final payment with Adelya in Finance. They kept us on schedule and on budget with no surprises. We now have a beautiful bathroom that we will enjoy for years to come!
