We explained that we needed our trailer 3 weeks hence, as we were headed to Nova Scotia for a 2 week trip. They said it shouldn't be a problem. After two weeks of hearing nothing, we called. No one would return our calls. Finally got someone on the phone after multiple tries. When I asked if the problem had been fixed the person on the other end of the phone said: "Uhhhhh, yeah. Haven't gotten to it yet." When I asked if if it would be looked at (a week to go now) he said: "Uhhhhh we'll try." Flash forward to 3 days before departure. Still no answers to our repeated messages. When we did get through, The same guy said: "Uhhhh, yeah we didn't have time." My wife went out to pick up the trailer the next day. They didn't even have it ready to go. She had to wait until someone towed it out front, and just dropped it there and left. No one spoke to her about the issues we were having, offers to try and fix it with a day to go, nothing. We ended up calling another RV retailer that we had bought our last trailer from (regretfully they didn't have the model we wanted when we went to upgrade our old RV and we had to purchase from Can Am, unfortunately) and asked if they could get it into their shop last minute to see if they could help. They told us to bring it over (which we did) and they were able to address and fix the problem in less than an hour. The slide out motors were out of sync apparently, and they were able to get that fixed without parts, etc. They didn't even charge us. Can am are all smiles and helpfulness until they get your money. Then they just don't care. When you are spending 55K on a new trailer, the service should at least be adequate. Do yourself a favour. Give this company a pass. Worst service I've ever had.

On our first trip with our brand new trailer, the fridge door panel fell out, and jammed the fridge door. We got it repaired and two trips later the "repaired" fridge door did the exact same thing. We took it back and requested the door be fixed properly and few other issues that developed over the short time we have had the trailer. We told them the date we would next need the trailer and were assured the repairs would be made. One month later I called to arrange pickup four days later and upon arrival not only did they have no record of me calling for pickup, the repairs had not even been started. As a result I had to wait for some ad hoc repairs to be made, taking time away from other tasks I needed to do that day. There seems to be a complete lack of coordination, follow up on repairs and customer service issues, and consideration of the customers time. We have been long time customers but service seems to be going downhill. For all the money we spent on the trailer itself and additional warranties, we are not impressed!!

great friendly knowledgable staff. we were working with another RV repair service months ahead of…read moreopen season and felt good for being proactive. that was until the park changed policies on insurance requirements for contractors to enter. i had gone for surgery and needed hot water urgently, Char worked some magic and got someone to us as soon as she could. it wasn't her fault but she made it a concern of hers to make sure I stayed healthy and was taken care of. you don't find many folks like this now-a-days. thanks Char. The serviceman that came for us in when another call close by ran shorter than expected. Greg was courteous informative and fast. He will be back to finish our other issues when he can. Waited for 3 weeks for an service appointment all to be told after I dropped trailer off they…read morerefused to work on it because of where I purchased it from. They were told when appointment was booked bought somewhere else. There own sign I'm showroom says they service own customers first, stranded or transiant customers second and trailers purchased elsewhere 3rd..I have no issue with that but with where I bought my trailer 200km they wont service even though it's a Jayco and they are Jayco dealer. I was treated like a PC of crap in the process and even hung up on at one point. I can't imagine why a company does not want business $$$ but they sure wont ever get any of mine. Dealer disputes or something hold customers hostage. Very arrogant service policies. Company shows good reviews till you look closely at service dept reviews, the truth is shown there. P.S in another review they even said I saved $1000s of dollars at the other dealer. Those are their own words not mine, they simply did not have the trailer style I wanted in 2 visits. Shop around they say themselves it might save you, just dont expect warrantee from them.
