I haven't had Cabin Filter changed since new, so had them check that also. The filter was hard to get at so it took awhile to locate. The technician located filter and took it out and I said they could order another one. I also had the garage do a full A/C system recovery and recharge and they added more Freon to the system. The A/C worked much better after the work they done on it, and the garage charged much less for the work then what the Mercedes Dealership wanted. When I went to get the part put in.. it took the man less than 5 minutes and he charged me $20 plus tax. He charged me a rate of 20mins/1hr - $99/1hr.. when it was clearly 2minutes. He told me it was 10mins was for the earlier date when I had brought my car in to ASK what was wrong with it.. It took him less than 5mins to find out because I had told him the issue. 10mins for switching the ONE washer fluid bolt. (It took him less than 5 mind you ) Long story short. Do not take your business here. HE overcharged me for a 2min simple job. Im not car savy, had I known he was going to charge that much, I would have bought the part and let someone else put it in for $10 or even less.
