I felt like I was injected with Soma the elixir of the Vedic gods. How I transformed for the better: My vigor at the gym doubled for most exercises. With some excercises where I could only do 10 reps now I could do 20 to 30, where I could only do 5 sets I could now do 10+. Nuisances that stopped: Night sweats...gone Fatigue...gone I had no idea this annoying eye twitch I had was because of magnesium deficiency...gone The whole blood pressure phenom in America is a big hoax, they know why so many people have high blood pressure but they're not going to tell you. They know its because of magnesium deficiency, but the Pharmaceutical industry is making to much money off of diuretic drugs. They will never tell the masses that simple elemental magnesium will correct the issue. For the last couple of years, I've been fighting pre-hypertension using natural means. My blood pressure had been hovering around 135-40/85-90. After all my study I started to realize that magnesium was a panacea for all kinds of ailment. Below I've summarized some of the results I've seen with friends who've started using magnesium. Friend no.1, she has epilepsy - I gave her a bottle of the magnesium and told her about the videos. I also informed her that almost all epileptics have severe magnesium deficiency. At first she was hesitant and wanted to ask her "epilepsy doctor" if she should, eventually she didn't ask and started taking it. She told me she started having the same reactions I had and then noticed her seizures gradually stopped.
