I contacted the owner, Mike, who told me to let the concrete cure for 30 days and said he would come back to fix the issue. Thirty days passed, and I reached out via text and email to schedule the follow-up. I was initially ignored for over a week. Mike eventually responded and said he would come out on July 16th, but he never showed up. Since then, his contact number has been disconnected, and he has stopped responding entirely to emails. Before scheduling repairs, I was contacted by State Police regarding complaints about this company's practices. Clearly, my experience is not an isolated case. It is worth noting that Mike guaranteed his work for five years in writing, and here I am just three months later, unable to get even basic repairs or accountability. I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Business Board and pursuing legal action. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

I give this company 1 star for showing up to do the job & that's about it. They are unprofessional…read more& incompetent. I asked for them to cut 2 small trees evenly i.e., symmetrical. They performed an absolute hack job which is very uneven. In addition, they damaged the aluminum siding & paint job on my house. I asked for them to provide a written contract when they arrived on the day the job was to be done. Well, they didn't. I had written one the night before, in the event that they didn't. I had Frider sign it. Good thing I did, because he tried to overcharge me, but to no avail! His ploy did not work. I will provide better pictures once the leaves grow in, so you can better see. STAY AWAY!!! Again you are not being truthful. The job was not done 4 months ago. You did the job last month. You can make all the excuses you want. Your work is terrible & that's putting it nicely. I will post more pictures & more info so people will think before they call you for anything. Also, invest in a pole pruner & use it. I stand corrected, it was 2 months ago, not one.
