I've had a root canal treatment done here, and the whole procedure went really well. Doctor Sean was very patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I also had a crown done for my front tooth, and it had to be sent back twice because I wasn't completely satisfied with how it looked. Don't get me wrong- it already looked really good! I'm just very particular because it's my front tooth, and I wanted it to look as perfect and natural as possible. Throughout everything, Doctor Sean and staff were extremely understanding, helpful, and patient with me. I never felt rushed or like I was being difficult. I really appreciate how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with the final result. I've had such a great experience with this clinic and will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommend!

After looking them up on Yelp, I decided to try them. I have been working with Dr Hahn and her team, including Callie and other hygeinists for their service. The office is super clean, pleasant and all the staff, including the front desk staff are super nice, friendly, respectful and kind. Dr Hahn and the team provide exceptional care and are super gentle, thoughtful during all the procedures, cleaning, x-rays and exams. I also am paying a one time yearly fee for the services provided which I believe is very reasonable since my insurance did not cover this office and other PPO Dentists. I believe that it is an exceptional value and highly recommend this team any dental needs.

Imagine your teeth chipping away only on one side. My husband always felt self-conscious about his smile. Hubby asked Dr. Wallace what he could do about his smile. Dr. Wallace gave him all new teeth. I do not know the technical terms.. idk if they are veneers or caps or?? Hubby's teeth were shaved down to little bits. Then the new teeth were put on over the former teeth. I don't know what this process is called, I simply call it amazing!! When I learn the words, I will update this review. Johnny, my hubby, smiles all of the time. This was a few years ago and this review is long overdue. Johnny also loves Matt Wallace's personality. They both love surfing and have a love of UFOs or X-files. Anyways, Matt Wallace is top notch. No, that's not all!!! Here is my story. My story is about Stacy. Stacy is THE MOST AMAZING DENTAL HYGENIST that ever walked the face of the earth. She only works there on Fridays, I believe. Why is she so amazing, you ask?? I have issues. I gag a lot. I forget to breathe. Perhaps, it is being at the dentist anxiety, IDK. I always feel embarrassed during and after my visits. I still visit the dentist every 6 months even though I have/had this issue. First of all Stacey is calm. If I start to get gaggy, she has me do yoga nose. It is a breathing technique that calms me down. The way that she uses that scraping utensil and the water tool are truly minimally invasive. Prior to Stacey, when the scraping part is occurring it just sounds so loud. The sound is my equivalent to nails on a chalkboard for me. It was a purely god awful sound. Stacy's technique does not come with these awful sound effects. She is calm. She makes me feel calm. She has a TV in the room that is on. It doesn't have sound, it is a way to distract one's self. I don't even need to look at it anymore. When there are chances to chat, we chat about travel. We love hearing about each other's adventures. You are probably thinking, this place cannot get any better.. Well it does. I love the office staff. As I was leaving yesterday, I shared some really great personal news. They all listened intently and cared about me. They clapped, and said they were so happy for me. I had a happy cry. I also love Dr. Liang. He also loves travelling. He is a kind dentist who checks in on me on my Friday visits. SIf you are searching for your new dentists and dental hygienists, this is THE place to go.

Good people deserve recognition, and I don't want my experience with one person to overshadow theirs. Now, onto the nightguard. Dr. Weitzman had recommended one for a while, and eventually I agreed. I'd mentioned that I sometimes snore and wondered about sleep apnea, though I've never been diagnosed. He suggested an appliance that might help with both grinding and my possible sleep issue. Sounded good to me. What wasn't mentioned was the price. After the impressions were taken, I learned it would cost $711. Quite a surprise, but I trusted his recommendation and paid. Within a week, it cracked. They sent it out for repair, apparently reinforcing the broken area with acrylic. I wasn't confident it would hold, but I gave it another shot. A few weeks later, it cracked again. In the exact same place. That's when things took a turn. Dr. Weitzman immediately blamed the way I was inserting it. Apparently, I'd occasionally been gently biting down to seat it rather than pushing it into place with my fingers. I wasn't forcing it or biting down hard in the slightest. This was the first time he'd explained that doing so could damage the appliance, and he seemed visibly frustrated with me for something I hadn't even realized was an issue. Fair enough. I'm not a dentist. If there's a right and wrong way, I'm happy to learn. That's why we go to professionals. But I had a question: Why would gently biting down to insert a nightguard cause it to crack when it's designed to withstand teeth grinding? And why would it break twice in exactly the same spot? I genuinely wanted to understand. Unfortunately, every time I tried to ask, he interrupted me, growing increasingly frustrated and insisting I should have used my fingers. I tried explaining that nobody had warned me biting down could damage the appliance, but I couldn't seem to finish a sentence. You'd think that warning would have been emphasized, especially after the first break. Maybe I'd used it incorrectly. Maybe there was something wrong with the appliance. A calm conversation could have cleared that up. Instead, he told me that if the lab charged him for another repair, I'd be responsible. It wasn't just what he said, but how he said it. His tone was accusatory, and I felt he'd already decided I was entirely to blame. At that point, I felt I was being bullied rather than heard, so I finally stood up for myself. I calmly told him I didn't think it was fair to pay again for an appliance that had already broken twice and had been gently used. His response? "Then we're done here!" He got up and walked away. As he left, he called back, "I have a business to run here!" His assistant appeared taken aback by the exchange and apologized profusely afterward. I don't want to speak for her, but I appreciated her kindness and professionalism, especially after such an unpleasant interaction. I've thought about those words quite a bit. Because, of course, he does. But what kind of business are you running if a patient who trusted your recommendation, paid $711, and returned with a broken appliance twice can't even ask a few questions without being made to feel like an inconvenience? I don't expect a business owner to absorb every expense or agree with every customer. But I do expect them to stand behind their work, treat people with dignity, and be willing to have a difficult conversation without making someone feel small. To me, that's not just good business. That's integrity. Maybe the nightguard was defective. Maybe my technique contributed. I was willing to have that conversation. But when you recommend an expensive product to a patient, I believe you take on a responsibility. Not just to sell it, but to explain it, make sure the patient understands how to use it, and help when something goes wrong. I didn't walk in looking for a fight or a refund. I came with a broken nightguard and some questions. I would have happily discussed a solution fair to both of us. Instead, I walked away $711 poorer, with a broken nightguard and considerably less trust in the person who recommended it. Being a good businessman and being good to people aren't competing priorities. At least, they shouldn't be. I wish the staff nothing but the best, especially Kelly. But I'll be finding a new dentist. My dad always said, "A handshake tells you how a man greets you. A disagreement tells you who he is." I think I learned everything I needed to know that day.

First, the receptionist always greets me warmly when I walk in. They let you know how much you'll end up paying--if anything--upfront, and you electronically sign forms consenting to payment, cleaning, etc. Because I crave staining food and drinks, I try to stay on top of brushing, flossing, and my dental checkups. When I first started going here, the dentist informed me I had the beginning of periodontal disease. So I tried to step up my oral hygiene game (do you know how long 2 minutes is? Whether it's brushing your teeth or running on a treadmill, it's forever). Anyway, this place is fantastic because they had me coming in every 3 months for a cleaning to slow down my periodontal disease. Then they informed me I now only need to come in every six months since this past year. That saved me money and made me trust this place even more. They have also repaired a chip on my tooth, and everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienists and dentist is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only downside is that I need an itemized receipt for my health spending account. While I understand they can't provide it immediately, they informed me they would email me a copy the following day or the beginning of the following week. This rarely happens, and I have to call them to email me the itemized receipt. Although I understand their busy schedules, three calls on the same day were necessary before they finally emailed the promised itemized receipt from the day before. I plan to keep this original, pearly white set of chompers with the current owner as long as possible. Thank you, Main Street Dental, for making that a reality - so far.
