I couldn't be happier with my experience! Angelene did so amazing! Unfortunately I found myself at a point of my hair being neglected and to far gone to conquer myself! I went in to see if they would be able to make something work without shaving any of my head. She was so honest as far as what needed to be done and that it wasn't going to be an option to brush it out. But assured me that once she cut it she would give me a cut I would feel comfortable and confident with. That she did! I am SO thankful for her comforting and friendly personality. She didnt make me feel embaressed for how bad my hair got. Overall I walked out with the best hair cut I've ever gotten! I had Jackie cut my hair and she did an expert job. She is talented and extremely skillful. This place is inexpensive and the stylists are excellent. I was surprised to hear that the business had been at this location for 10 plus years because everything was very clean and new. It was a little busy for Walk-ins (I had a 25 min. wait), but I did not "check-in" via the free Great Clips app which almost everyone who was there did. I was at great clips not to long ago and the Ladie that was cutting my hair was not taking her time but I will say that the sides look good because u have a guard on the shaver so it is kind of impossible to mess it up but on the top she missed many of spots and also just basically just cut randomly through my hair and I am very pissed off I have all ways try to avoid great clips I have only Ben there like 2 or 3 times in my life because my normal haircut person is out of town but every time I have gone I have gotten horrible results read more

Absolutely terrible every time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, tried different stylists yet have never had a good outcome. The final straw was when my son asked for his hair to be finger length on top and he came home with ridiculous stripes. You get what you pay for I guess, I wouldn't go there again if they only charged .99!!! read more
