I clearly explained that I wanted the brassiness removed and my hair toned to a cooler, ashy shade using permanent color to cover my grays. Instead, a red tone was deposited across my entire head, my grays weren't covered, and according to the salon manager, permanent color wasn't even used despite that being what I requested. The haircut was also visibly uneven. For nearly $200, I expected a stylist who could follow what was clearly discussed during the consultation and deliver professional results. Unfortunately, the outcome was the opposite of what I asked for.
