Don't waste your money. I have thick long hair with long layers. I asked for a trim. The girl cut my hair in 2 minutes straight across in the back 1.5 inches and I asked why she didn't cut the layers. She said there aren't any. I then showed her where a few are . She cut thuse few in 60 seconds. Then said you like it? Really? My hair looks like the end of a broom now. My 6 year old daughter needed her hair trimmed as well. Her bangs are crooked and her hair also has an end of broom look. another hair stylist had to do my sons hair in a fo hawk because she "didn't know how." I paid $54. Total waste of time and money. Thank goodness the other stylist cut my sons hair. His looks decent. I could of had my teenage son cut my and my daughters hair for free to look this fantastic. I came here for a hair cut and she cut my hair super fast and it looks decent. I asked for a blow out and she asked if it would stay better with heat so I said yes. I thought she was going to blow it out and then straighten it but instead she straightened it without blowing it out first....... I looked like I had just finished working out after I left. My hair was frizzy and still wet on the inside. They are super nice but it seems like they rush through costumers because it gets super busy. Would not recommend read more

New to the area and needed a place to get my ends trimmed. Shawna was the best! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it, without taking off too much or too little. As someone with long hair, I'm always skeptical of getting my ends trimmed because everyone always cuts too much, but she did perfect. Came in on a Friday night and there were 4 people ahead of me, pretty busy place around 5pm. There were only 2 employees working, I felt bad because the entire time I was getting my hair cut, I could hear the lady's stomach growl. My hair was pretty long, past the bra straps, and I decided since having a new baby and he loves, just loves to tug in my hair, i had to part ways with my long hair and get a shoulder length bob. The lady did a good job, I told her what I wanted and showed a picture, she was close but I had to have her add a little more layers and cut some strands she had missed. Customer service was great but not a fan of the water bottles they use to squirt water to get your hair wet. I know it's more of an in and out type hair cuttery but quality should always be there as well. I was pleased with my haircut, I would come back if the same lady cut my hair, the other lady at the time was getting complaints from other customers so I'm glad I got the lady who cut mine. read more
