Meredith was the one who cut my hair and I'll admit, I was a bit nervous because I have thick curly hair and anytime I get a hair cut, it's awful. Most hair stylists don't know how to cute curly hair, but I was very surprised with Meredith! She did such an amazing job and did exactly what I requested. She even recommended me a couple hair products to help with the frizziness I get. I bought what was recommended and it's worked good so far! I would highly recommend her and this location! Monica was amazing! I came in with long hair to my lower back. I wanted a big cut to my shoulders. She gave me a great style. She understood how to tame my thick coarse hair. I feel a million times better and appreciate her happy personality. I'll definitely be back and regret not going here sooner. Entire salon staff is excellent! read more

Overall you get what you pay for. Never had a bad haircut but never had a great one. Most are ok with a few are good. My beef is with the app. I checked in and was told I had 14 min till my haircut. I set a timer to arrive in 13 min... only to arrive and find I still had an 11 minute wait. I was told the app does not take lunch breaks into consultation. Like that's my fault? read more

The so called Stylist said she cut hair for 3 years and left my short hair in a mess and way shorter than requested, than she had the audacity to argue with me when I asked her to trim around the ears and she shaved 2 inches off.. If you're lucky to just get a haircut, this place to go the quality of haircuts are great. My haircut is great but here's a thing they only trim beards. They don't shave like a barbershop obviously I wish but I wish they did highlights and Dyed hair from what I was told by the person they can't do that, but it is a little funny that would have looked up, but they can so if you're looking to get your hair, dyed or highlights go to a barbershop or a professional hair dying place, but otherwise the quality of fire cut is great. The Service is great. The people are very talkative. They are very kind. The vibes are awesome. And the Building was very nice looking and it is very nice although prices of buying their products are expensive but Their haircuts aren't expensive so not too bad read more

I've been coming to this location for about 3 years now and have had generally pretty good luck with the haircuts that I've gotten. The wait can be pretty long at times, especially if you go earlier in the morning, because a lot of the local retirement communities will bus over whole groups of elderly people to get their hair cut at the same time period so, I would definitely recommend using the online checkto avoid that issue. There have definitely been a few times that my husband has gotten his hair cut at this location and he has had to return to have the cut fixed by another stylist, so I'm not sure if that is representative of everyone who works there or if it's just bad luck with one stylist over and over again. Over all, this location isn't too bad, but I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone in particular. read more

Went in to get my hair washed and blow dried also trimmed which is a very short hair style. It took all of 5 minutes walked out paying 51.00. I never would expect to pay 51.00. Hair trim is 25.00 which is posted. Got home my jacket had all these little hairs all over it. I will definitely not returning. Paying that price I'll just go to a salon. read more

Dawn did an amazing job cutting my hair! And my hard-to-cut hair is fine, thick, flyaway, and has a fair amount of natural curl. The haircut she gave me is no-maintenance "wash & wear". It works with the natural curl to look good just air drying, no heat or products required. You really can't ask any more of that in a haircut. Plus, she is personable and pleasant! read more

I've been here twice and both times, I've left happy. I'm a little picky with my hairstyle, and both stylists I've used have been great. They are friendly, they listen to what you want, and they get it done. The stylist today looked for any flaw. If she saw it, she fixed it. She thinned out and styled my pixie cut the way I like. Cuts are only $13, or $11 for kids 10 and under and seniors. Suggestion: definitely do the online check-in. It will save you a lot of wait time. My wait was dropped from over an hour to ten minutes. Just go online, pick your location, and check in. Both times I went in had very long waits for those who didn't. read more

Every time I go to this place I come back looking like my child placed a bowl on my head and cut. I should have known when my husband went in last month and I instantly had to shave him bald that this place was not a good go to. But because it was so close to my house and my kid is only 8 I thought okay let's do this one more time. My son, whose 8 said in his head, I think I'm gonna regret this one. RUN! Away from here, not to here. My family and I have been going to this place ever since it opened and have never once gotten a decent cut. We kept going back because it's inexpensive and quick but no more! I'm convinced that all the beauty school flunkies work here. Two months later and I'm still having a bad hair day, every day, because of a horrendously bad cut. It'll be at least another two months before I can get to a salon to fix up this horrible cut. I walked in and asked for my bangs trimmed and about an inch off the length of my hair with long layers. Simple, right? The silver haired young "stylist" repeats "An inch off the bangs, and just straighten the bottom." Uhhhhh, nooooo.....bangs are fine where they are, just straighten and take an inch off length with long layers. Her response should have been a humongous red flag! She begins cutting and I'm wondering what she is doing because it just doesn't feel right. I made her stop but it was too late. My bangs ended up in the middle of my forehead (I like them long so they were eye length when I walked in), all crooked and way higher in the middle plus she took the cut line half way back across my head!! I could have done a better job with my eyes closed!! They ended up so short I can't even pin them to the side. I was shocked! I just needed to get out of there but looking back I NEVER should have paid for a majorly botched up job. I let her know I was unhappy, she apologized and gave me a 2.00 discount for the next time. Sorry, Great Clips, there will NEVER be a next time for me or my family members. Save yourself the risk of a horrible cut. Don't go here, find yourself someone who truly knows how to cut and style hair. read more

as always , quick and easy hair salons are hit and miss,, Great Clips is one of them, might have a great stylist and next time, geez.. been a Super Cuts "Model " ( more like victim because SC has their own way of styling ) and to a few others, all with the same hit or miss stylist.. I use them cuz the wait time is pretty small depending on the branch you use. read more
