The person who cut my hair did not care about it at all. It came out uneven all over and I was too nervous to point it out at the risk of ruining it more. Had to fix it up myself when I got back home and it still looks choppy. She talked with her coworker the whole time about how she's overworked and always stressed. Didn't make me feel very comfortable with the quality of her work. Just avoid great clips in general because the last 3 times I've been to any great clips, it has turned out terrible. read more

Matt is awesome! My 17 year old daughter came in with very long hair and he cut off about 12 inches and gave her THE cutest bob. She absolutely loves it! Not only did he do a great cut but he also has a great personality. We have no complaints about the service or the cut. read more

I went to Great Clips this morning and the hairdresser Jenny cut my hair. I told her I did not want my hair short, it was at my shoulders. She did not know what she was doing. When I left, my hair was cut so short, up to the hairline and I became very upset. I could not use a roller brush on it due to the shortness. I have never in 70 years had such a terrible haircut. It will take months, at least 6 months to get it where it was. I am very upset. If you go to this shop, I would ask you not to she Jenny. She shampooed my hair also and she barely scrubbed it. I have no qualms about this business. They have always done a good job. I got my haircut two weeks ago here. When I showed up today I was told I have to wear a mask to get my haircut. I asked them how many cases of Covid had they had before they required they masks. The answer was zero. And I asked them how many new cases of Covid are there in St.George. Again zero. So why is a mask necessary? I will take my business to someone who wants it. No logic here at all. read more

After a botched haircut at a different barber, I went to great clips to get it fixed immediately. The staff was very friendly and wait was as expected, about 20 minutes. I was helped by Cher. I told her my problem and looked for a possible solution. She did a very good job and now I feel satisfied with my new haircut. This was by far the WORST experience and haircut I've ever had. Somebody told me it was a fast and cheap haircut and it was exactly that. I got CUT, not once, not twice, but 5 TIMES. If you want a quality haircut go next door to solutions salon where they're friendly fun and cut your hair, not your head. read more

I usually go to a professional salon but was looking to get a trim between visits so stopped in to great clips. When I checked in the worker immediately started laughing about my last name as it reminded him of a commercial. He was extremely unprofessional in every way possible- swearing, complaining, and rushing through my haircut. He soaked my hair with water which is unnecessary as I have very straight hair and almost tore out my earrings with the comb. He left my hair uneven and chopped. I was in St. George a few weeks ago for a triathlon and needed a quick cut. I'm always nervous about getting a cut at a random place, and honestly a few times at the cheaper places it hasn't gone well. First thing I was asked when I got there was if I had an appointment. Hmmm, should I have, just for a 10 minute hair cut? Have never had to have an appointment anywhere else in my life. Well, guess I needed one. It was going to be near an hour wait. They had two 2 workers each with a customer and 2 sitting waiting. All the people getting serviced needed more than a regular hair cut. I guess a shampoo, perm, coloring etc. Not a problem but just not use to having to have an appointment for a quick haircut. Guess they need more employees. read more
