What i ended up with was light brown hair and two BLEACH BLONDE strips of hair right in the center of my face. The blonde strips are VERY harsh and do not look right for this look. I am mortified to leave the house looking like this. Very frustrated that what I got was nothing similar to the photo I showed the stylist. I would not recommend. Along with that, while waiting to get my hair done the stylist had a phone call in which she answered. Assuming it was with the manager who was calling to ask about a previous client of this stylist who hated her hair.

She didn't greet us; she just told him to come on back. She didn't ask how we wanted his hair cut or styled, so I followed her back to tell her. She wasn't very responsive; rather she was very rushed and distracted and not friendly. When my son came out, his haircut was terribly uneven and not shaped well at all. We had been told that kids pay their age, but I left $18 poorer. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I probably won't return.

It was an hour of total relaxation and luxury. I kept thinking, "I´m in Beloit but I feel like I made a trip to Europe!" because the scent, the feel of this facial, and the Guinot brand of products used (France) reminded me of facials I have had there. The very fine exfoliation beads were wonderful, and another plus: the oils used did not make my face break out. This facial also included neck and shoulder massage, hand massage with Aveda ream, and terrific foot massage also with Aveda lotion. At the end of the service is a scalp massage. The facial room has a warm, cozy atmosphere woth a warmed table and knee lift which makes your back feel great while lying there. I felt that the price for this facial was fantastic, and will definitely do it again. I've been going to WM Day Spa for the past couple of years for various services and love the serene setting overlooking the river, the choice of products they use in their services, and the lines of product sold in the spa store; I also love everyone who works there. Since they reopened post-lockdown, I am very happy with all of their Covid safety protocols.
