The second time, I randomly booked someone as I couldn't remember who the woman who cut my hair the first time was. This girl had clearly just been hired, or had never touched a pair of scissors in her life because she asked me two questions before chopping my hair up awfully. I didn't return for months because of the horrible second experience, but I desperately needed a trim so I booked an appointment with one of the managers, thinking there was no way it could possibly go wrong. I showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted, but I guess she had other plans because she gave me an entirely different cut. Unless you want 1 of 2 hairstyles these people are capable of, I would look elsewhere. Gave them the benefit of the doubt (and a huge tip) but I will never return here again.

I returned to have it corrected, but the solution was to add low lights, which made little to no visible difference in correcting the brassiness. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this stylist for advanced color work or precision cuts.
