For context, my hair is only shoulder-length, and I paid $350 including tip. The appointment lasted from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, so I was there for about 4 hours. Given the time, cost, and expectations, I was really hoping for a result close to the reference I provided. Unfortunately, the outcome did not match the style I wanted at all. The overall look, shape, and finish were quite different, and it wasn't what I had discussed beforehand. I understand that results can vary depending on hair condition and other factors, but I do think there should have been clearer communication if the style I wanted wasn't achievable with my hair length. Overall, I'm disappointed with the result, especially considering the time and cost involved.

Does anyone know the feeling of being lost when a three decade relationship has ended.... And on March 1, 2025 I went to another hairdresser and within 6 weeks I had 3 treatments. Yeah I agree it's a lot but it was my choice (no negative comments here pls - again it was my decision) on getting my hair highlighted plus my hair can handle the overwhelming chemical treatment. However, even after 3 treatments I wasn't happy with the result. Then heaven opened its door and I found TK Salon! Lupita is very experienced and loves the work she does because she took her time and didn't rush the process. She talked me through the whole process with the highlights and toner.
