Unfortunately, she left the salon she was in and moved so I found myself once again searching for a salon. I made an appointment for Lakewood Ranch Hair Salon for Friday (today) at 10:30am. I advised I have short hair and wanted a short haircut and style. I did not even ask how much since I needed my haircut for an event in Naples on Saturday. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and I was told my stylist would be right out. My stylist came out and immediately apologized and said she would not be able to cut my hair because she is not good at pixie cuts and does not feel comfortable. She quickly told me another stylist could cut my hair on Saturday. That was not going to work as Saturday I had the event in Naples in the afternoon and in the morning I had another appointment. I don't understand why she or the receptionist could not have called me earlier to advise me of this. I could have scheduled someone else or gone to another salon. This is the most unprofessional way to handle a business. My appointment specifically stated short haircut and style. Did she not read the notes. Needless to say I will not be going back to that salon. Fortunately I found a salon in Naples that will get my haircut before the event.

First of all, she didn't tell me whether or not the dye I would have put in my hair would be permenent or semi permanent. The picture of the hair color I wanted was CHERRY red and she stated after I complained it wasn't the right color I asked for that she used "cherry red". She also took NO accountablity whatsoever. Not offering for a followup, not even a sorry. She basically said "it's not my fault, it's yours!". To add onto that, she kept saying "the hair colors aren't that different if you compare them together!". DUDE, my hair is a brownish orangey color now. Not vibrant whatsoever. I kept showing her references of the haircut and the color and she would push it aside and tell me that she doesn't need the reference. The lady that did my hair also started washing it 15 minutes early saying "eh it's prob ok to go now". She didn't tell me it might not turn out the way I wanted, she didn't act like she had any concerns. And when it did turn out bad, she said it was "because of my roots"??? I'm super upset about this because I have hoco saturday and two concerts (Tuesday and Thursday) this week. My schedule is booked to the brim as well so I can't do anything to change the color. Literally wouldn't even be writing this review if I got a sorry from the girl by the way. I don't recommend going here.
