They ask questions for understanding and proceed accordingly. My stylist had years of hair cutting experience and it showed. I was greeted by the owner at the front and even though it was later in the afternoon I was able to get my service immediately. I also purchased Olaplex 4 and 5 today with the help from the owner who actually went and got it for me, I think I waited maybe 5-10 minutes while he went to go get it. However, when I went online today to book BiBi, her name was not on the list of available stylists....so I picked Shannon since she was listed as a "higher" level of stylist. I have never had a worse haircut in my life as the one Shannon provided for me today. So bad in fact, that I plan on just shaving it off when I get home from work tonight. I am not a complainer (I never give reviews but felt it neccasary today), nor am I very picky, but I felt I had to go back inside and see if she would correct my haircut....it did not get any better. When she asked if what she had done was good, I just replied "yes" and left. It was quite evident from the way she held her scissors and comb, and her approach to cutting my hair that she is not experienced whatsoever at cutting hair. I paid Hair Cuttery $37 (the Salon's highest haircut price that was supposed to be commensurate with the skill level of stylist) and I tipped Shannon 20%. I'm afraid that Hair Cuttery will no longer be receiving my business. How Shannon could be listed as a "Senior Designer 1" and provide the service that she did for me shows that Hair Cuttery does not review their stylists very well when listing them and their level. I'm so very disappointed in Hair Cuttery....Hair Cuttery should strive to do better!
